摘要： A power supply unit includes: a plurality of batteries each of which has a positive electrode 8 at one end and a negative electrode at the other end; and a bus bar module connecting the batteries in series. The bus bar module includes: a plurality of bus bars each having a pair of connecting parts respectively connected to the electrodes adjacent to each other of the batteries adjacent to each other, and a coupling part coupling the pair of connecting parts to each other; a plurality of terminals each elastically clamping the electrodes and the connecting parts to electrically connect the electrodes to the connecting parts; and a plate to which the bus bars and the terminals are attached. The electrodes are formed in a flat plate shape, and thickness directions of the electrodes which are connected to each other by the bus bar are perpendicular to each other.

摘要： A busbar for battery electrode post connection with a terminal for voltage detection is provided. Both ends of a length direction of a rectangular thin plate of a conductive metal are left and an elongated opening is formed in a center. Two holes through which an electrode post of one battery and an electrode post of an adjacent battery are inserted are respectively formed in the rectangular thin plates of both sides around the elongated opening of the center. A terminal for voltage detection is extended integrally to the rectangular thin plate from an edge of the rectangular thin plate. The two holes overlap in a state of where the rectangular thin plate is folded in two with respect to the elongated opening. The terminal for voltage detection can be erected from the rectangular thin plate by folding the terminal for voltage detection in a vertical direction.

摘要： A busbar includes a battery connecting portion and a wire connecting portion as a circuit body connecting portion. The battery connecting portion connects electrodes of two batteries to each other. The wire connecting portion is continued to the battery connecting portion, and connected directly with an electric wire so as to overlap a core wire of an electric wire thereon. The wire connecting portion includes a welding portion which the core wire of the electric wire is welded to, and a bridge portion connecting the welding portion and the battery connecting portion. A cross-sectional area of the bridge portion along an intersecting direction intersecting a direction of connecting the welding portion and the battery connecting portion is formed to be smaller than a cross-sectional area of the welding portion along the intersecting direction.

A bus bar and a current sensor are sequentially mounted on a lower cover, and an upper cover is joined to the lower cover to cover the bus bar and the current sensor. The current sensor is molded integrally with the upper cover. With this construction, the current sensor and the bus bar are less liable to be displaced relative to each other, and the number of the component parts, as well as time and labor required for an assembling operation, is reduced.

摘要： A power supply device, which is simply assembled and in which a cell assembly and a measuring section are freely inserted and detached, is provided. A power supply device 1 includes a cell assembly 2, a plurality of first bus bars 51, a plate 3 to which the plurality of bus bars 51 are attached. The plate is overlapped on the cell assembly 2. The cell assembly 2 has a plurality of cells 21 respectively including positive electrodes 23 at one ends and negative electrodes 24 at the other ends. The first bus bars 51 connect the positive electrodes 23 of the one cells 21 to the negative electrodes 24 of the other cells 21 of the cell assembly 2 which are mutually adjacent when the plate 3 is overlapped or overlaid on the cell assembly 2. The power supply device 1 includes a positioning unit 71 that relatively positions the cell assembly 2 to the plate 3 and a guide unit 72 that guides the plurality of first bus bars 51 to positions where the first bus bars 51 connect the respectively corresponding positive electrodes 23 to the negative electrodes 24 when the plate 3 is attached to the cell assembly 2.
