摘要: A temperature control device for a battery housing of a vehicle driven by electric motor. The temperature control device is divided into a plurality of temperature control cells. Each cell has a heat exchanger surface for transmitting heat from a battery module to the temperature control device or vice versa, and at least one temperature control agent channel, which is fluidically connected on an inlet or outlet side to a first temperature control agent collector and on its other side to a second temperature control agent collector. The temperature control device has at least one first temperature control agent collector and at least one second temperature control agent collector, wherein each temperature control cell is connected to a first temperature control agent collector and a second temperature control agent collectors by its at least one temperature control agent channel, without connecting to the at least one temperature control agent channel of another temperature control cell.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a battery module, a power battery pack, and a vehicle. The battery module includes a plurality of intermediate separators stacked in a left and right direction on the battery module, a plurality of cells, a mounting plate provided on a front side of the battery module, and a ventilator fixed on the mounting plate. The intermediate separator is provided with an intermediate heat-dissipation air plate, and an intermediate heat-dissipation air passage passing through a front and rear direction is formed inside the intermediate heat-dissipation air plate. Heat is exchanged between a left side face of the intermediate heat-dissipation air plate and a right side face of a cell on a left side of the intermediate heat-dissipation air plate, and is exchanged between a right side face of the intermediate heat-dissipation air plate and a left side face of a cell on a right side of the intermediate heat-dissipation air plate. The intermediate heat-dissipation air passage has a first tuyere and a second tuyere, a cavity is provided between the mounting plate and a front end face of the cell, the first tuyere leads to the cavity, and the second tuyere is provided on a rear side of the battery module and leads to outside of the battery module. The battery module in the disclosure has high heat dissipation efficiency, and can solve a heat dissipation problem during rapid charge/discharge (charge/discharge in a high rate of 3 to 6C).

摘要: A battery pack cooling system includes a plurality of cells disposed in an internal space of a battery pack case so as to form a cooling passage configured to cool the cell modules by cooling air flowing in the cooling passage. The cooling passage includes a cooling air inlet passage, a cooling air exhaust passage, and a plurality of cooling branch passages disposed to connect the cooling air inlet passage and the cooling air exhaust passage in parallel. A minimum temperature sensor is disposed in the upstream position to measure a lowest temperature region in a first cell module. A maximum temperature sensor is disposed in the downstream position which becomes a highest temperature region in the first cell module. Another temperature sensor is disposed in a second cell module to measure the temperature of either the highest temperature or the lowest temperature in the second cell module.

摘要: A control module is arranged side by side with a battery module. The control module includes positive and negative electrode bus bars which are electrically connected to positive and negative electrode input/output terminals of the battery module, respectively. The bus bars are mounted in a mounting part. The mounting part has first and second control-side ventilation holes through which air flows onto first and second battery stacks, respectively, in the battery module. The mounting part has notches in which at least one of the positive electrode bus bar and the positive input/output terminals and at lease one of the negative electrode bus bar and the negative input/output terminals are formed. The first and second control-side ventilation holes are arranged side by side in the lateral direction. The notches, the positive electrode bus bar, and the negative electrode bus bar are located between the first and second control-side ventilation holes.

摘要: A cooling structure of an electricity storage device includes a storage cell case, a plurality of storage cells, a plurality of cooling passages, an intake duct, an exhaust duct, a cooling air suction device, and a flow path resistance. The plurality of storage cells are accommodated in the storage cell case. The plurality of cooling passages are provided between the storage cells. The intake duct is connected to an upstream side of the storage cell case. The exhaust duct is connected to a downstream side of the storage cell case. The cooling air suction device is connected to the exhaust duct and configured to draw cooling air from the intake duct. The flow path resistance is provided between the plurality of cooling passages and the cooling air suction device to limit a flow of the cooling air from the intake duct to the cooling air suction device.

The inlet duct includes an air inlet disposed to face air channels, which are located in a central region in the arrangement of the air channels, at a location spaced apart therefrom, a cooling fan being installed at the air inlet to introduce the cooling air; and a guide vane composed of a plurality of plate barriers respectively extending obliquely toward the air channels based on the air inlet at a predetermined acute angle to distribute the flow of air.

摘要: A battery pack is provided including: a plurality of battery cells arranged in multiple battery cell rows; one or more heat exchange spaces; and a device for providing heat exchange to the battery pack. Further, the device includes a heat conduction medium passage arranged in the heat exchange spaces, such that the heat conduction medium passage surrounds multiple battery cells each battery cell row. The heat conduction medium passage is provided with at least a first group of channels and a second group of channels, which are in contact with the surface of each battery cell, and a heat conduction medium is provided in the first group of channels and the second of channels. The heat conduction medium flows in the first group of channels in a direction opposite from the flow of the heat conduction medium in the second group of channels.
