    摘要： By providing bio-information and/or environment information between a pair of users, it becomes possible for the users to understand the situation or the feeling of each other more deeply and earlier. A communication system for exchanging the situations and the feelings of both the users is provided without performing optional communication operations, such as a telephone call and an e-mail. The condition or the situation on the transmitter side is to be judged and to be notified to the receiver side by inputting bio-information such as breathing, pulse-beats and heartbeats or environment information such as weather, date and hour, ambient temperature, or alternatively, by comparing, synchronizing and/or relating the bio-information and/or the environment information at present with respect to the bio-information and/or the environment information in the past. With respect to the situation of the receiver side, it is also notified similarly to the transmitter side.

    摘要： There is provided a mobile phone that detects bio-information on the user and makes information communications reflecting the detected bio-information. The mobile phone (1) includes sensors (18) that detect bio-information data. The bio-information data detected by the sensors (18) are sent to a sensor data analyzer (19) in which psychology corresponding to the detected bio-information data is analyzed based on bio-information data stored in a psychology memory (20) and psychology of the user. The sensor data analyzer (19) extracts characteristic signal patterns from the bio-information data detected by the sensors (18) and analyzes psychology corresponding to the extracted signal patterns. The psychology includes, for example, “pleased and delightful”, “discouraged”, “excited”, etc. and these states of mind are stored in association with bio-information data in the psychology memory (20). When the bio-information data are detected by the sensors (18), psychology most matching the bio-information data is selectively read out of the psychology memory (20).

    摘要： Disclosed is an electronic apparatus having its operation controlled electronically responsive to the wax and the wane of the moon. The electronic apparatus includes a moon age calendar (4) for storage of the age of the moon, a timer (3) for timing the current date and time, and an image database (5) for storage of moon images. A display controller (6) retrieves the age of the moon, consistent with the current date of time, from the moon age calendar (4), and reads out a moon image of the moon phase consistent with the age of the moon from the image database (5). An operating panel (9) includes a display area for demonstrating the operating state of the electronic apparatus and another display area for demonstrating the wax and the wane of the moon. The display controller (6) causes the moon image to be read out from an image database (5) and demonstrated in the display area for demonstrating the wane of the moon.

    摘要： Reproducing characteristics of an audio sound are controlled by an audio controller 8 and reproducing characteristics of a video image are controlled by a video controller 11. Whether or not a viewpoint of the user is directed to a display 13 side of a television receiver is detected by a viewpoint detector 14. On the basis of a detection signal from the viewpoint detector 14, a discriminating unit 15 discriminates which of a normal monitoring state, a “while watching” state, and the “concentration” state the present state corresponds to, and generates a control signal to control the reproducing characteristics so as to be adaptive to the state. If it is determined that the present state changes from the “while watching” state to the “concentration” state, a sound volume is reduced and the reproducing characteristics are automatically switched so as not to obstruct the concentration.
