Abstract: A bending mold device for bidirectional pipe bending includes a mounting base which is horizontally arranged on a rack in a sliding manner. The mounting base includes a translation lead screw driving the mounting base to slide. The rack includes a lead screw nut. A pipe bending spindle is rotatably disposed on the mounting base and a power mechanism is disposed on the mounting base. The upper end of the pipe bending spindle is movably connected to a lower rotating base. The lower rotating base includes a first pipe bending shaft and a second pipe bending shaft, which respectively include a first bending mold lower mold and a second bending mold lower mold. The rack includes a cylinder above the lower rotating base. The end part of a piston rod of the cylinder fixedly includes an upper limiting plate and a lower limiting plate in a sleeving manner.

Abstract: A marine clothes dryer includes a system for recovering waste heat from cooling water in a cylinder liner, a clothes drying system, and a regenerator system. The system for recovering waste heat from cooling water includes an engine cylinder liner, a water collector, and an air-water heat exchanger. The clothes drying system includes a drying chamber, a circulating fan, a supply duct, and an exhaust duct. The regenerator system includes a gravity heat pipe exchanger with a condensing section and an evaporating section. A fresh air inlet is arranged at one side of the condensing section, and the other side thereof is in communication with one side of the air-water heat exchanger. The other side of the air-water heat exchanger is in communication with the drying chamber. One side of the evaporating section is provided with an exhaust port, and the other side thereof is in communication with the drying chamber.

Abstract: An infrared vision sensing detection method and device for narrow-gap weld seam deviation are provided. The device includes a shaking (or rotating) arc narrow-gap welding torch, an arc current sensor, a computer image processing system, and an infrared photographing system. The infrared photographing system includes an infrared camera which acquires an infrared image of a welding region in an external triggering manner when an arc shakes (or rotates) to a position closest to the left side wall or right side wall of a groove. After computer image processing, a welding wire position and a groove edge information is extracted in real time, and a weld seam deviation is calculated according to position changes of a welding wire relative to the left side wall and the right side wall of the groove, and the weld seam deviation is output. During pulsed arc welding, a signal in a base value period of the arc current pulse is detected by using the current sensor, thereby realizing welding image acquisition synchronized with the base value current period of the pulsed arc.
