    摘要: A throttling device is equipped with a valve seat in which a valve port for connecting a primary chamber and a secondary chamber is formed, a needle valve, a needle section which is inserted into the valve port, a guide section for guiding a slide shaft of the needle valve, and a coil spring for biasing the needle valve in a valve-closing direction. The guide section and the coil spring are positioned on the primary chamber side. The position of the needle valve in the valve-closing direction is restricted by a stopper section in a manner such that the minimum gap between the needle valve and the valve port is maintained. Furthermore, the needle valve is not seated on the valve seat.

    摘要: A capacitance-detection pressure switch and pressure sensor that, in the connection between a diaphragm used as one electrode and a signal line for detecting a signal from the diaphragm, can ensure stable conduction without exerting an influence on operating characteristics of the diaphragm. A capacitance-detection type pressure switch of the present invention includes a metallic diaphragm that is displaced in response to a change in pressure of an operating medium supplied from a conduit, a movable electrode connected electrically to the diaphragm, a fixed electrode provided at an atmospheric pressure side of the diaphragm opposing the conduit, and an insulating film ensuring insulation between the fixed electrode and the diaphragm, wherein an electrode contact portion for connection to the movable electrode is formed as at least one projection extending toward an exterior on a part of the outer periphery of the diaphragm.

    摘要: A fuel cell system has a fuel cell for generating electricity by reacting a fuel gas with an oxidant gas and an exhaust flow passage for exhausting the fuel exhaust gas exhausted from a fuel electrode 16 of the fuel cell to the outside. The fuel cell system is equipped with a movable filter device disposed in the exhaust flow passage, so that by activating the movable filter device, water and foreign particles adhering to the filter are quickly scattered by rotational centrifugal force and vibration, thereby preventing the exhaust flow passage from being blocked by the clogging by water freeze and foreign particles and also reducing startup time.
