摘要: A method of detecting degradation of a membrane electrode assembly in a fuel cell system is provided. In the method, it is possible to detect degradation (cross leakage) of a fuel cell. In the state where variation of a load is suppressed, variation of the gas pressure where a predetermined amount of the fuel gas is supplied from a fuel tank to a fuel cell is measured by a pressure sensor provided in a fuel gas circulation channel extending from the fuel gas outlet to the fuel gas inlet.

The inspection tool comprises a mechanical structure with a chamber and a two-way sealing assembly comprising an inner seal and an outer seal that create a tight connection for carrying out inspection operations. Further, a system for the inspection comprising at least the inspection tool, an anchoring mechanism, an approximation mechanism and an ROV is described.

摘要: A fluid flushing system includes a sampling port comprising a sampling conduit configured to dispense a sample of a fluid in the fluid routing assembly; a valve configurable in an open valve configuration, wherein the fluid is permitted to flow through the fluid flushing system, and a closed valve configuration, wherein the fluid is prohibited from flowing through the fluid flushing system; and a backflow preventer disposed between the sampling port and the valve, the backflow preventer configured to allow the fluid to flow in a first direction through the fluid flushing system towards the valve and to prevent the fluid from flowing in an opposite second direction through the fluid flushing system towards the sampling port.

摘要: An air pressure sensing system including a first sensing unit and a second sensing unit is provided. The first sensing unit includes a substrate, a diaphragm, and a supporting member. The substrate has a cavity connected with an exterior environment. The diaphragm is movably and deformably disposed at the substrate and suspended in the cavity. An electrostatic force is provided to the substrate and the diaphragm to move the diaphragm, such that a portion of the base, the supporting member and the diaphragm are contacted with each other and a closed space is formed therebetween in the cavity. The closed space and the exterior environment are divided by the diaphragm, and the diaphragm is deformed due to an air pressure difference between the closed space and the exterior environment. An air pressure sensing method is also provided.

摘要: An analysis system may determine a discharge pressure or a suction pressure using a single measurement sensor coupled to a computing device. The measurement sensor may include a pressure sensor or a strain sensor. In some aspects, the pressure sensor may generate a pressure signal representing the total pressure in a chamber of the pressure pump. The computing device may apply an envelope filter to the pressure signal to determine the discharge or suction pressure in the chamber from the pressure signal. In other aspects, the strain sensor may generate a strain signal representing the strain in the chamber. The computing device may determine the discharge or suction portions of the strain signal and may correlate the portions with a predetermined internal pressure for the pressure pump to determine the discharge or suction pressure in the chamber.

摘要: A method and structure which provide an ambient pressure measurement that is unaffected by wind and localized environmental conditions. A draft range pressure transmitter is enclosed inside an enclosure which is resistant to wind and other transient localize environmental conditions. A vent cap allows slow air movement through a wall of the enclosure and forms a still air chamber for the transmitter. The pressure inside the enclosure changes at the same rate as the barometric pressure but is unaffected by wind or wind gusts.
