摘要: The method of the invention is characterized in that in the first phase the device installation is filled with processed liquid product, yielding a low pressure zone and then the processed liquid product is introduced under high pressure into the cavitation process, where moving at a rate of not less than 3 m/s and under pressure of not less than 20 bar is introduced to the cavitation and rotation location of the separated streams of the processed liquid product, which rotating in the further part, in the longitudinal axis of the cavitator, move in the opposite directions, resulting in differential pressure leading to cavitation process with effects characteristic for sterilization and homogenization with heterogeneous parameters, wherein in the next phase a separation takes place into a liquid product, which has a particle size larger than 600 nm and a liquid product which has a particle size smaller than 600 nm, wherein the liquid product of larger particle size is directed to cooling and complementary cavitation reprocessing, and the liquid product of smaller particle size is subjected to particle size analysis control, by which the liquid product, which meets the preset parameters, is directed to the finished product acceptance, and the liquid product which does not meet the acceptance criteria is sent to the next reprocessing. The device of the invention is characterized in that it comprises a low pressure pump (2), which is used to fill the device installation with processed liquid product, wherein in a subsequent operation the particle size analyzer (7) switches the high pressure pump (1) on, introducing at a pressure not less than 20 bar the processed liquid product into the cavitator (3), where the cavitation process takes place, the resulting liquid product having a heterogeneous structure is introduced into the separator centrifuge (4), in which takes place, depending on parameters, the separation of the flow into the heat exchanger (5) and the cavitation reprocessing, and the flow through the valve (6) to the particle size analyzer (7), which directs the liquid product to the reception point.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided for pasteurizing milk or other fluids, and for cleaning and disinfecting processing passageways prior to and after the milk processing. The disclosed pasteurization systems and methods have very low impact on the characteristics of raw, unpasteurized milk (e.g., texture, flavor, and/or nutritional value). For example, some systems and methods utilize a pump that operates at a very low flow rate (e.g., about 1 gallon per minute (GPM)) to prevent mechanical adulteration of the raw milk. Disclosed systems and methods for cleaning and disinfecting the fluid passageways also utilize a low-flow rate, and can use the same low flow pump that is utilized during pasteurization. A pressure pulser allows pressure to build up within the fluid passageways despite the low flow, and then releases the pressure to purge air from the passageways and to cause their interior surfaces to contact the cleaning fluid.

摘要: A continuous flow pasteurization apparatus for a liquid product includes a pasteurization area divided into plural pasteurization zones, each with a connection for heating and/or cooling the product, so that if production stops, it is possible to hold the temperature below the pasteurizing temperature. Upon restarting, the product is reheated to a temperature close to the pasteurizing temperature. The apparatus provides for the control and monitoring of pasteurization units (PU's).

摘要: A method and a plant for producing a sterile milk product is provided wherein most of the raw milk entering the process stream is transformed into usable milk product. The process includes separating the raw milk into a skim milk portion and a cream portion, filtering the milk portion to form a first permeate and a first retentate, heat treating the first permeate, filtering the first retentate to form a second permeate and combining the second permeate with one or more of the raw milk, the milk portion or the cream portion. The second filter can an effective pore size which is the same as or greater than that of the first filter. The cream portion can be standardized and heat treated, then remixed with the first permeate either before or after heat treatment of the first permeate to form a standardized milk product. The standardized milk product can then be homogenized and packaged in aseptic containers. The process can result in high yields wherein at least 95 percent (e.g., 99.8% or more) of the skim milk portion can be converted into a usable milk product.

摘要: A method and system are provided for pasteurizing a fluid product. Heated fluid product flows through a passageway to a directional flow valve for directing the heated fluid product through either a primary flow path or a divert flow path. A temperature sensor senses temperature of the heated fluid product at a location in the passageway spaced from the valve so that change in temperature of a portion of the heated fluid product is sensed before that portion of the heated fluid product flows to the valve. The valve directs flow of the heated fluid product from the passageway to the divert flow path when the sensed temperature is below a predetermined temperature for pasteurization of the fluid product, and continues to direct the flow to the diverting flow path at least until the sensed temperature is at or above the predetermined temperature for a predetermined period of time. Optionally, a second temperature sensor is provided near the valve to monitor temperature of the fluid product before switching the valve for flow along the primary flow path.
