摘要: The method of the invention is characterized in that in the first phase the device installation is filled with processed liquid product, yielding a low pressure zone and then the processed liquid product is introduced under high pressure into the cavitation process, where moving at a rate of not less than 3 m/s and under pressure of not less than 20 bar is introduced to the cavitation and rotation location of the separated streams of the processed liquid product, which rotating in the further part, in the longitudinal axis of the cavitator, move in the opposite directions, resulting in differential pressure leading to cavitation process with effects characteristic for sterilization and homogenization with heterogeneous parameters, wherein in the next phase a separation takes place into a liquid product, which has a particle size larger than 600 nm and a liquid product which has a particle size smaller than 600 nm, wherein the liquid product of larger particle size is directed to cooling and complementary cavitation reprocessing, and the liquid product of smaller particle size is subjected to particle size analysis control, by which the liquid product, which meets the preset parameters, is directed to the finished product acceptance, and the liquid product which does not meet the acceptance criteria is sent to the next reprocessing.

摘要: Heat exchange devices, including aseptic cooler devices, and systems including same are provided. Methods of using heat exchange device are also provided. In a general embodiment, the present disclosure provides heat exchangers having an open chamber configuration and including a first section containing a cooling or heating media and a second section containing a food product. The first section includes a level detecting device that is configured to maintain a level of cooling or heating media in the first section, while preventing the cooling or heating media from pressurizing the first section. The open chamber configuration provides an air break at a top portion of the first section that ensures that the cooling or heating media entering the first section is at, or close to, atmospheric pressure.

摘要: Described herein are systems and methods for the heat treatment of milk, particularly bovine milk. The heat treatment changes the color and flavor of the milk, as well as denatures some of the milk proteins therein. These changes can provide a milk that is less likely to cause allergic reactions in consumers of the heat treated milk and products made from such milk.

摘要: The present invention provides processes to inhibit or reduce the growth of bacteria and other pathogens in a liquid by adding carbon dioxide (CO2) to the liquid, and thermally inactivating the bacteria and other pathogens in the liquid, wherein the added CO2 cooperates with the thermal inactivation process so that the efficacy of the thermal inactivation process is enhanced.

摘要: A method and a plant for producing sterile milk which includes separating the raw milk into skim and cream portions, filtering the skim portion to form a first permeate and a first retentate, heat treating the first permeate, filtering the first retentate to form a second permeate and combining the second permeate with one or more of the raw milk, the milk portion or the cream portion. A second filter can have an effective pore size the same as or greater than that of a first filter. The cream portion can be standardized and heat treated, then remixed with the first permeate either before or after heat treatment of the first permeate to form a standardized milk product, which can be homogenized and packaged in aseptic containers. The process can yield at least 95 percent (e.g., 99.8% or more) of the skim milk portion into a usable milk product.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to reduce the generation of smell by sterilization and to improve the taste in carrying out the sterilization of milk or the like, and the method of the present invention is a method where sterilization is carried out after the dissolved oxygen in milk or the like is substituted with nitrogen gas, and the method is characterized in that a step in which nitrogen gas is directly mixed with and dispersed in milk or the like and a step in which milk or the like with which nitrogen gas is not mixed is sprayed from a nozzle(s) to the top of milk or the like, with and in which nitrogen gas has been mixed and dispersed, stored in a nitrogen gas substituting tank under a nitrogen gas atmosphere, are jointly used whereby the dissolved oxygen amount in the milk or the like is reduced by substitution of the dissolved oxygen with nitrogen gas, followed by subjecting to sterilization.
