Abstract:
Disclosed is a dispensing device comprising a base unit and an articulated arm portion which extends from a part of the base unit, the base unit further comprises an actuation mechanism which includes a capacitive-type sensor for dispensing liquid and adapted to receive a refill unit insertible into the base unit in an inverted configuration with its outlet lowermost for the supply of liquid to the base unit.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a spraying apparatus for spraying a liquid onto a surface. The spraying apparatus includes a tank configured to store a liquid, a neck extending from the tank and defining an opening, a pump assembly including a collar removably attached to the neck, a pump configured to draw the liquid from the tank when actuated, and a housing defining a cavity therethrough to provide a carrying handle. A wand, separate from the tank, includes a body and a nozzle assembly, having a hub rotatably attached to the body and a plurality of nozzles circumferentially arranged around the hub and extending radially outwardly therefrom. An elongate hose, having a first end and a second end, interconnects the tank and the wand by attaching to the pump assembly of the tank at the first end and the body of the wand at the second end.

Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for dispensing viscous or pasty ingredients (12), which are packaged in an aseptic manner, from a tubular bag (1), which is closed prior to the first use, by means of a disposable pump (4) attached to the bag. The disposable pump (4) has an inlet (5) with a cutting element (6), and a nozzle (2) with a flange (3) is welded onto the tubular bag (1). The disposable pump (4) is rotated relative to the nozzle (2), and the tubular bag (1) is thereby cut open. A valve (9) is arranged in the region of the outlet opening of an outlet tube (8) of the pump, and the disposable pump (4) is operated after the initial opening process until a freely selectable volume has exited the closing valve. The disposable pump (4) is then operated in the opposite rotational direction in order to suction ingredients (12) present on or in the region of the valve (9) back into the outlet tube (8). In the process, the valve (9) reaches or remains in the closed valve state. A valve (9) is proposed for carrying out the method. The valve is arranged in the outlet tube (8) and comprises a membrane (93, 191) which is sealingly mounted in a sliding manner or can be inverted. Using the method, the ingredients (12) can be dispensed in a metered manner from a tubular bag (1), in which the ingredients are aseptically packaged, into virtually aseptic containers until the ingredients are practically completely used.
Abstract:
A high pressure water cleaner with detachable water tank includes a water cleaner main unit having an internal hydraulic pump, a top receptacle and a feed water connector in the receptacle in communication with the hydraulic pump, and a water tank detachably insertable into the receptacle and lockable to the receptacle by a movable lock.

Thus, the water cleaner main unit and the water tank can be used together or separately subject to different application requirements.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a packaging and dispensing device for a liquid or semi-liquid product, including: a movable spray head including at least one container supplying an outlet member; and at least one stationary base including a second container which can be connected to the above-mentioned first container via coupling element so that the product can be transferred from the second container in the base to the first container in the movable spray head in order for at least the product in the movable spray head to be refilled. The invention is characterized in that a miniature electric pump, known as a transfer pump, powered by an electrical power supply element and controlled by a control element, is disposed between the first and second containers to allow the product to be conveyed through the coupling element.
Abstract:
A handheld airless fluid dispensing device comprises a pump, a drive element and an orifice element. The pump directly pressurizes a fluid. The drive element supplies power to the pump. The orifice element is connected to the pump and atomizes un-thinned architectural coating to a particle size of no greater than approximately 150 microns. The pump generates orifice pressures up to approximately 2.48 MPa and the orifice has an area of approximately 18.7 mm2. In one embodiment, the pump, drive element and orifice element are integrated into a handheld housing. In one embodiment, the pump comprises a reciprocating piston fluid pump comprising at least two pumping chambers configured to be actuated out of phase by at least one piston. In another embodiment, the reciprocating piston fluid pump comprises two pistons having different displacements that are linearly actuated by a wobble assembly driven by a gear reducer and an electric motor.
Abstract:
A portable airless sprayer comprises a housing, a motor, a pump, a spray tip and a trigger. The motor is mounted to the housing. The pump is mounted to the housing and is driven by the motor. The spray tip assembly receives pressurized fluid from the pump. The trigger is configured to actuate the spray tip assembly and activate the motor. A method of operating a portable airless sprayer comprises moving a lever over a stroke, displacing a valve pin, and activating a motor. The valve pin is displaced with the lever to actuate a spray valve. The motor is activated with the lever to drive a pump that provides fluid to the spray valve.
Abstract:
A kit comprising of a container (20) arranged to be in an inverted configuration and having a cap (21) at its lower end, in use, the cap (21) having an outlet orifice extending axially into the container (20) which is selectively sealed at its axially innermost end by a resiliently biased seal, a disc within the outlet orifice on which the seal sits, a plurality of spokes holding the disc in place, so that, with the seal open, flow paths are formed between the outlet orifice, the disc and the spokes; and a refill device, the refill device comprising a nozzle (41) with a plurality of castellations which fit into the outlet orifice of the container (20) between the spokes to lift the seal from the seat to open a flow path for the ingress of liquid.
