    摘要: A distributing valve for the speed governor of a hydraulic turbine or the like is provided, which is structured such that air can be vented reliably therefrom. Also provided is a structure of the distributing valve facilitating the machining or assembly of the distributing valve. The distributing valve is structure such that the direction of movement of a plunger 16 of the distributing valve is horizontal, with air vent valves 37 being provided at the highest portion of each of ports a, b, and c of the distributing valve. In addition, the plunger 16 and control pistons 18 and 20 are separately structured, with the control pistons 18 and 20 disposed at either end of the plunger 16. The structure allows the air vent valves 37 to be disposed at the highest portion of the distributing valve, so that air can be vented out of a pressure oil system reliably. Because the structure does not require the high levels of precision in terms of perpendicularity and eccentricity that are required in an integral structure of the plunger 16 and the control pistons 18 and 20, manufacture and assembly of the structure is facilitated.

Wheel brake cylinders of an auxiliary force brake system are connected to the fluid connection located at a low level and can be actuated by muscle force if there is a malfunction of an external-energy service brake system.     摘要: A bleed device for hydraulic circuits and a kit for bleeding are described that enable bleeding of the hydraulic circuit independently of the removal or slackening of the bleed device. In one embodiment, the bleed device comprises two opposing ends having a bleed duct extending through them. One end is designed to close the aperture of the hydraulic circuit. The other end is part of a quick-release connector and is designed to couple with the other part of the quick-release connector, whereby the bleed device may be connected to a bleed liquid collection vessel. Also, coupling of the quick-release connector simultaneously opens a one-way check valve in the bleed duct. The one-way check valve closes during normal operation of the hydraulic circuit. A protective cap on the bleed device keeps foreign matter from fouling the quick-release connector end.

    摘要: A cyclone type bubble removing device 30 is arranged in a hydraulic tank 1. Therefore, it is no longer necessary to secure a space for installing a bubble removing device 30 outside the tank 1 and hence the space dedicated to the hydraulic system can be reduced. Since the bubble removing device 30 is fitted to the inside of the hydraulic tank 1 in advance, it does not need to be installed separately somewhere in the hydraulic circuit so that the installing operation can be performed quickly. Additionally, the outflow ports 322 for causing hydraulic fluid from which bubbles have been removed to flow out and the exhaust port 333 for expelling bubbles are arranged separately so that it is possible to expose the exhaust port 333 to the drain space 127. Thus, if the hydraulic tank 1 is rocked to a large extent, the hydraulic fluid coming out of the outflow ports is not mixed with bubbles and hence bubbles can be eliminated reliably.

    摘要: For a valve arrangement of a pneumatically actuated, spring-loaded control cylinder, a non-return valve in pneumatic communication with the control cylinder piston chamber. At very low backpressures in the control cylinder piston chamber caused by leaks of the valve responsible for pressurization of the piston chamber, the chamber is vented by passage of a very small air stream via the non-return valve. In this way, leaks cannot cause a very slow pressure buildup in the control cylinder piston chamber, followed at some time by undesired shifting of the control cylinder. In contrast, in the case of normal pressure buildup, i.e., during switching of the pressurizing valve, the non-return valve is promptly closed and the pressure in the control cylinder piston chamber is not influenced.
