Abstract: A method and system for graphical enumeration. The method includes creating an ordered set of vertices for a graph such that each vertex is associated with a corresponding index, and wherein each vertex in the ordered set of vertices includes information. A plurality of keys is created for defining the information. A plurality of lists of vertices is created, each of which is associated with a corresponding key such that vertices in a corresponding list include information associated with the corresponding key. For a first list of vertices, a least valued index is determined from a group of associated vertices based on vertices in the first list and vertices pointed to by the vertices in the first list. Also, all associated vertices are pointed to a root vertex associated with the least valued index.

Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for generating, rendering, manipulating (e.g., slicing), and communicating stroke objects that form ink data. In a method of generating a stroke object, pen event data indicative of pen down, pen movement, and pen up events are sequentially received to generate point objects that collectively form a stroke object. The point objects serve as control points for interpolating curve segments. Further, a start parameter indicative of a start point within a starting curve segment of the curve segments at which display of the stroke object starts, and an end parameter indicative of an end point within an ending curve segment of at which display of the stroke object ends, are generated for the stroke object. When rendering the stroke object, a system limits display of the stroke object to a range bound by the start and end parameters, as opposed to displaying the entire stroke object.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention are directed to beautifying freeform input paths in accordance with paths existing in the drawing (i.e., resolved paths). In some embodiments of the present invention, freeform input paths of a curved format can be modified or replaced to more precisely illustrate a path desired by a user. As such, a user can provide a freeform input path that resembles a path of interest by the user, but is not as precise as desired. Based on existing paths in the electronic drawing, a path suggestion(s) can be generated to rectify, modify, or replace the input path with a more precise path. In some cases, a user can then select a desired path suggestion, and the selected path then replaces the initially provided freeform input path.

The display can show the at least one WSI image on the display with a relevant cut location mark on the macroscopic view shown visually enhanced from other cut location marks on the macroscopic view to thereby allow a user to visually connect where the tissue section in the WSI image was obtained during a grossing procedure.
