摘要: A computer-implemented method includes identifying, by a computer device, particular users of a digital publishing platform, the particular users being users that have commented on previous content published by a first user; identifying, by the computer device, correlated users, the correlated users being those particular users that have published a pertinent comment; assessing, by the computer device, a satisfaction level of the first user with each pertinent comment; identifying, by the computer device and based on the assessing, a set of users of the correlated users, each of the correlated users in the set of users having published a pertinent comment having a satisfaction level above a threshold; notifying, by the computer device, the set of users that the first user has published new content; detecting, by the computer device, new comments by the correlated users in the set of users, the new comments pertaining to the new content; assessing, by the computer device, a satisfaction level of the first user with each new comment; and updating, by the computer device, the set of users based on the satisfaction level of the first user with each new comment.

摘要: A system and method for multivariate testing of messages to a subgroup in a one-to-many messaging platform. A client text message is generated for transmission to a number of users via one or more messaging services. A subset of users is defined according to one or more attributes of the text message or the users, and the client text message is transmitted only to users in the subgroup. The transmission is analyzed for performance metrics, such as actions or reactions by users in the subgroup, and based on the performance metrics, the message is optimized for transmission to the larger group of users. Optimization happens rapidly.

摘要: Disclosed are various embodiments of identifying a reusable email template for use in an email client based on a file attachment, an email recipient, and/or other factors, such as date and time. Various embodiments can identify an unsent email, the unsent email comprising at least a body and an attachment file, analyze the attachment file to determine one or more attachment categories, select an email template from a plurality of email templates based at least on the one or more attachment categories, and populate the body of the unsent email with the selected email template.

摘要: A messaging system, comprising an electronic message having integrated digital content that is scripted by seamless linking of multiplicity of electronic media components. An electronic media component is comprised of a compilation of one or more electronic media element, with an electronic media element comprised of one or more data. Communication protocols for delivery and receipt of the electronic message is used, with the multiplicity of electronic media components of a received electronic message seamlessly executed in an order, arrangement, and sequence intended by the scripted digital content at one of a first and second client-device.

摘要: Examples of the present disclosure provide a message relay service. The message relay service provides an application programming interface (API) with which messages can be sent and received without handling specific implementation details of a messaging system. When inbound messages are received, the message relay service may provide a push notification and/or may store the message for later access. In examples, one or more source addresses are used to send messages. If the client device indicates a group of addresses should be used, one address is selected from the group and used to send a message accordingly. In some examples, the message relay service determines that a messaging gateway need not be used to message a recipient address, and transmits the message without use of the messaging gateway. The same API may be used to send and receive messages across different messaging systems without a customer handling system-specific complexities.

摘要: Methods, servers and mobile stations are provided to allow a sender mobile station which has transmitted a message toward a recipient mobile station via a first protocol to be notified that the message has been delivered to the recipient mobile station via a different protocol. The sender mobile station may be notified that the message was delivered to the recipient mobile station via a different protocol method via a disposition notification message comprising an indication that the message was delivered to the recipient mobile station via a different protocol.

摘要: Message filtering and management systems in a chat forward task facilitation communication system are described. One implementation involves receiving one or more pre-filtering inputs from a member, where the inputs include task associations to identify message types to hide or display from a real-time chat interface based on the task associations. A set of messages are processed in real-time using a filtering algorithm to associate one or more tasks with messages of the set of messages, where the one or more tasks correspond to a set of tasks performable by the representative on behalf of the member. A first message is displayed based on the one or more pre-filtering inputs and a first task association with the first message, and a second message is hidden or not displayed based on the one or more pre-filtering inputs and a second task association with the second message.

摘要: Training and/or utilizing an interaction prediction model to generate a predicted interaction value that indicates a likelihood of interaction with a corresponding application on the basis of an electronic communication. The application can be in addition to any electronic communication application that is utilized in formulating the electronic communication and/or that is utilized in rendering the electronic communication. The predicted interaction value can be generated based on processing, utilizing the interaction prediction model, of features of the electronic communication and/or of other features. The predicted interaction value can be utilized to determine whether to perform further action(s) that interact with, and/or enable efficient interaction with, the application on the basis of the electronic communication.

摘要: A tracking server may receive, from a requester, a content request for accessing a content element on a content server. The content request includes a request URL with at least a content identifier specifying the requested content element on the content server, and a request referral identifier. If the content identifier does not refer to a content element provided on the content server, an error response is sent. If the content identifier refers to a content element provided on the content server, a new and unique referral identifier associated with the content request is generated. Further, a new and unique referral URL for the content request is generated as a response URL comprising the received content identifier and the newly generated unique referral identifier. The requested content element is then served to the requester under the response URL.
