摘要: A brush cleaning system is provided that comprises a device body having a proximal and a distal end. The proximal end of the device body is configured to engage a first point on a handle of a brush at a first engagement point. The distal end of the device body is configured to engage a second point on the handle of the brush at a second engagement point. A vibration producing motor is configured to transmit vibrations to the first engagement point and to the second engagement point wherein the vibrations are transmitted to the bristles on the brush to loosen and remove particulates therefrom. The vibration producing motor can be contained in the device body or it can be contained in the brush handle or a vibration producing motor can be included in both the device body and in the brush handle.

摘要: A portable ultrasonic descaling device provides an improved method to remove calcium deposits and stains from the surfaces of swimming pools and other structures in contact with water. The handheld device comprises a water-resistant housing, within which are mounted an ultrasonic transducer, a fluid pumping system, a cleaning blade, a controller, and a power source. The ultrasonic transducer drives both the pumping system and the cleaning blade. The fluid pumping system draws fluids from a water source and through the device, cooling the transducer, cleaning blade, and surfaces being descaled by fore mounted spray nozzles. The power source comprises batteries to power the device. Lighting may also be fore-mounted for illumination and is connected to the circuitry along with a visual indicator. Direct contact of the calcified buildup with the oscillating cleaning blade and water spray from the nozzle heads causes breakdown of the deposits by cavitation.

摘要: Methods and apparatus to treat workpieces are disclosed. A disclosed example equipment is to treat a workpiece with a process fluid, where the workpiece has a workpiece body with at least one cavity that extends from a first opening to a second opening. The example equipment includes a line system for providing the process fluid, where the line system has at least one line duct with an adapter for connecting the line system to the at least one cavity, a process chamber to receive the workpiece in treatment, where the process chamber includes an outlet to discharge a process fluid that has been induced into the cavity, and a suction installation to generate negative pressure, where the suction installation is connected to the process chamber by a suction duct to suction the process fluid from a fluid vessel through the at least one line duct and the at least one cavity into the process chamber.

摘要: A mask cleaning apparatus and a mask cleaning method are provided. The mask cleaning method comprises: placing a mask (100) on a stage (20); and ejecting a dry ice particle group including a plurality of dry ice particles (101) toward a surface of the mask (100) at a speed of 340 m/s to 1000 m/s, within a cleaning time, wherein the plurality of dry ice particles (101) impact the surface of the mask (100) so as to remove a contaminant on the surface of the mask. Thereby, the mask cleaning apparatus and the mask cleaning method provided by embodiments of the present disclosure can remove the contaminant on the mask, without increasing a contamination medium and damaging the surface of the mask.
