    摘要: A restraint mechanism for limiting the movement of the flexible external gear of a flat strain wave gearing in the axial direction has a first restraining member installed in a floating state in a first recess and a second restraining member installed in a floating state in a second recess. The restraining member is able to limit the movement of the flexible external gear in the axial direction to a range in which there are no difficulties during actual use. Moreover, compared with when movement of the flexible external gear is limited using members that are disposed at fixed positions, it is possible to reduce the sliding abrasion that occurs between the flexible external gear and the first and second restraining members.

    摘要: A transmission unit includes a transmission housing, a transmission element rotatably accommodated in the transmission housing, a bearing seat, and an angular contact ball bearing accommodated in the bearing seat, for mounting the transmission element, as well as a double-row angular contact ball bearing having: an inner bearing ring; a first inner concave rolling element raceway formed in an outer peripheral region of the inner bearing ring; a second inner concave rolling element raceway axially offset to the first inner rolling element raceway and formed in the outer peripheral region of the inner bearing ring; an outer bearing ring; a first outer concave rolling element raceway formed in an inner peripheral region of the outer bearing ring; a second outer concave rolling element raceway axially offset to the first outer rolling element raceway and formed in the outer bearing ring; a first ball-cage assembly with first balls which are accommodated in a first track space extending between the first inner rolling element raceway and the first outer rolling element raceway; and a second ball-cage assembly with second balls which are accommodated in a second track space extending between the second inner rolling element track and the second outer rolling element track. In this way, the central tracks of the two ball-cage assemblies adopt certain axial and radial relative positions.

    摘要: A lubrication structure of a power transmission device includes a housing, a bearing, a baffle, and an additional lubricating oil supply mechanism. A driven gear is to be housed in the housing. The bearing is provided in the housing to rotatably support the driven gear. The baffle is provided in the housing above the bearing in a height direction of the power transmission device. The baffle includes a tubular oil supply passage and a lubricating oil receiver. Lubricating oil is supplied to the bearing via the tubular oil supply passage. The lubricating oil receiver is connected to and is provided above the tubular oil supply passage in the height direction to receive lubricating oil splashed by the driven gear in order to supply the received lubricating oil to the tubular oil supply passage. The additional lubricating oil supply mechanism is to supply lubricating oil to the tubular oil supply passage.
