    摘要: The size of an antenna coil is reduced, and it is possible to prevent a lowering of the reception sensitivity due to a difference of the arrangement position of the antenna coil. On a winding frame of a ferrite core, a first coil and a second coil are wound in such a manner that their winding axes orthogonally intersect each other. A third coil is wound around an outer circumference of the first coil and the second coil in such a manner that the third coil's winding axis orthogonally intersects the winding axes of the first coil and the second coil.

The antenna contains a low loss ferrite core having a width-to-height ratio of approximately 24 and a depth-to-height ratio of approximately 6, and an antenna feed plate assembly centered about the long axis of the ferrite core, having a width-to-height ratio of approximately 6 and a width-to-depth ratio of approximately 1, and a balanced feed located at the center of the antenna feed plate assembly, positioned on the radiating side of the antenna, and a low loss center element in the ferrite core, the center element having at least one of a loss tangent and a permeability that is lower than the ferrite core, and a grounding surface coupled to the antenna feed plates.

When the length of the magnetic core is defined as X and the distance between two intersecting points at which a virtual line formed by projecting the central line of the magnetic core onto the circuit board intersects the outer periphery of the circuit board is defined as Y, the antenna coil satisfies Y≧X≧0.8Y.

    摘要: An antenna and associated magnetic preamplifier for use with UHF and Microwave wireless telecommunications devices operating at frequencies of greater than 0.3 gigahertz. The antenna may include a plurality of concentric loops about a core. The antenna may be made of a conductor wound helically about an air core with a circumference and a number of loops, and the spacing of the loops chosen based on the desired frequency of communication. The antenna may include a plurality of loops of conductor about a core with a ferrite rod positioned within the core. The antenna may be omnidirectional and provide a high gain at the desired frequency of communication. The magnetic preamplifiers may be based on either resonant or ferrite material-enhanced amplification. Resonant and ferrite enhancements may also be used in combination.

The ferrite bar antenna is used both for transmission of the long wave signals and for receipt of the ultra high frequency signals.
