摘要: A photovoltaic cell is provided, including a substrate and a passivation layer on the substrate. The passivation layer includes first portions and second portions interleaved with each other in a direction perpendicular to a normal of the first surface of the substrate. The first and second portions are doped with a same type of doping elements, each second portion has a reference surface away from the substrate, a doping concentration of doping elements in a second portion gradually decreases in a direction from a center of the reference surface toward an adjacent first portion and in a direction from the center of the reference surface toward the substrate, and a doping concentration of doping elements in the first portion is less than or equal to a minimum doping concentration of doping elements in the second portion.

摘要: The present disclosure provides novel techniques to segment mobile entities based on signals from mobile devices associated with these mobile entities. In certain embodiments, a data file is built for each mobile entity to transform originally extremely high dimensional raw data derived from mobile devices communicating with a network into structured data characterizing associated mobile entities. The data files are structured for filtering and searching with respect to features associated with the signals from mobile devices, including location and non-location features. The data files are used to determine feature gains corresponding respectively to features related to a mobile segment. The features include first features of a first type and second features of a second type. The feature gains are used, among other things, to rank mobile entities for the mobile segment, with feature gains corresponding to the first features given a larger weight than feature gains corresponding to the second features.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure relates to the field of solar cells, and in particular to a solar cell and a production method thereof, and a photovoltaic module. The solar cell includes: a P-type emitter formed on a first surface of an N-type substrate and including a first portion and a second portion, a top surface of the first portion includes first pyramid structures, and a top surface of the second portion includes second pyramid structures whose edges are straight. A transition surface is respectively formed on at least one edge of each first pyramid structure, and each of top surfaces of at least a part of the first pyramid structures includes a spherical or spherical-like substructure. A tunnel layer and a doped conductive layer sequentially formed over a second surface of the N-type substrate. The present disclosure can improve the photoelectric conversion performance of solar cells.

A dimension of a bottom portion of each first pyramid structure is greater than that of each second pyramid structure. A dimension of a bottom portion of each third pyramid structure is greater than that of each fourth pyramid structure. An area proportion of the first pyramid structures in the metal pattern region is greater than that of the third pyramid structures in a respective non-metal pattern region.

摘要: A signal driving method is provided. One signal driving cycle includes two signal driving periods in which drive signals are applied to P detection electrodes. The method comprises, in a first period, applying non-inverting and inverting drive signals respectively to M adjacent detection electrodes and N adjacent detection electrodes. The non-inverting and inverting drive signals respectively applied to the M and N electrodes cancel each other out, M+N≤P and |M−N|≤Q. The method further comprises, in a second period, applying the non-inverting and inverting drive signals respectively to K adjacent detection electrodes and L adjacent detection electrodes. The non-inverting and inverting drive signals respectively applied to the K and L electrodes cancel each other out, K+L≤P, |K−L|≤Q and M+K≥P. Q denotes a number of detection electrodes which makes an active pen not cause moire after the cancelling, and P denotes a number of detection electrodes not greater than a number of detection electrodes on a touch control screen.
