    Abstract: Procedures, methods, architectures, apparatuses, systems, devices, and computer program products are described that may be implemented in a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) for sidelink (SL) communication. In one representative method, the WTRU estimates a primary direction for a SL transmission. The first WTRU derives a paired direction associated with the primary direction. SL control information (SCI) sensing in the primary and paired directions may be performed to detect SL transmissions and/or reservations from other WTRUs. The WTRU may select a SL resource using any sensed SCI in the primary and paired directions. The WTRU may proceed to transmit SL control and data over the selected SL resource, such as in a SL slot. For example, the transmission of SL control information may include SCI transmission in the primary and paired directions in the same symbols of a slot.

    Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, and procedures for enhancements to data forwarding for dual active protocol stack handover in wireless communications are disclosed. In an example, a method implemented by a wireless transmit/receive unit for wireless communications includes determining a first point and a second point for time prediction, and a data forwarding window is defined by the first point and the second point. The method also includes sending, to a network entity, a measurement report including the first point and the second point, and receiving a feedback message including information indicating at least one of a third point or a fourth point for time prediction. At least one of the third point or the fourth point is generated based on the data forwarding window.

    Abstract: The disclosure pertains to methods and apparatus for network energy savings. A method may be implemented in a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU). The method may include receiving configuration information indicating a pattern of time periods during which a cell is available or unavailable and receiving a downlink control information (DCI) comprising an indication associated with an availability of the cell. The method may include determining that a resource may be included in a time period during which the cell may be determined by the WTRU to be available based on the indicated pattern of time periods and the indication. The method may include transmitting or receiving in the resource based on the resource being included in the time period during which the cell may be available.

    Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and systems are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method of reporting Channel State Information (CSI) by a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) includes receiving configuration information indicating a plurality of CSI reporting configurations and information indicating multiple downlink (DL) semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) resource configurations, wherein each indicated DL SPS resource configuration is associated with a CSI reporting configuration; and receiving an indicator indicating which one or more of the multiple DL SPS resource configurations are active. The method further includes determining one or more measurement time/frequency resources based on a respective CSI reporting configuration or respective CSI reporting configurations associated with the one or more active DL SPS resource configurations; performing one or more measurements on the determined measurement time/frequency resources; and reporting CSI, wherein the CSI is based on the one or more measurements.

A wireless transmit/receive unit may send, to a network node, a registration request including an indication that the WTRU is capable of receiving information associated with a temporal availability of a network slice. The WTRU may receive a registration response including the information associated with the temporal availability of the network slice. The WTRU may determine, based on the temporal availability of the network slice, to stop use of a protocol data unit (PDU) session associated with the network slice.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for conditional handover (CHO) are provided herein. CHO configuration information identifying CHO candidate cells may be received. The CHO configuration information may indicate CHO trigger conditions associated with the CHO candidate cells, measurement trigger conditions associated with non-CHO candidate cells, and measurement reporting eligibility criteria associated with a serving cell. If a CHO trigger condition is fulfilled, and if a measurement trigger condition is fulfilled, and if the serving cell does not meet the measurement reporting eligibility criteria, a handover procedure may be executed towards the CHO candidate cell for which the CHO trigger condition is fulfilled. The method may include sending a message indicating completion of the handover procedure and reporting a signal measurement associated with a non-candidate cell. If the serving cell meets the measurement reporting eligibility criteria, the method may include refraining from executing the CHO while still reporting the signal measurement.

    Abstract: A method performed by a transmit/receive point (TRP) for enhancing transmission reliability may include transmitting information indicating at least a first constellation to be used for modulating a transmission. The method includes transmitting, in a first time interval, a first repetition of a data payload. The transmitted first repetition of the data payload includes a set of coded bits that is modulated according to the indicated constellation. The method includes transmitting, in a second time interval, a second repetition of the data payload. The first time interval is a slot within a repetition window and the second time interval is a later slot within the repetition window. The second repetition includes a set of coded bits that is modulated according to a second constellation. The first constellation and the second constellation may be different and vary respectively based on repetition indices corresponding to the first repetition and the second repetition.

One method includes the WTRU receiving a first Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) associated with a first type of service or priority level in a first slot or mini slot and a second PDSCH associated with a second type of service or priority level in a second slot or mini-slot and determining a first HARQ codebook acknowledgment index (HCAI) based on a property of the first PDSCH or control information associated with the first PDSCH and a second HCAI based on a property of the second PDSCH or control information associated with the second PDSCH. The method includes generating for a subsequent slot or mini-slot, a first Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) including first HARQ-ACK information in accordance with the first HCAI and a second PUCCH including second HARQ-ACK information in accordance with the second HCAI and transmitting the first and second PUCCHs.
