Abstract: Provided is a torque damper device capable of setting high hysteresis in a wide range and improving assembling property and maintainability of a high friction material for generating the high hysteresis. A torque damper device 100 includes an output hub 104 and a flange 107 between a first input plate 101 and a second input plate 102 rotatably driven by a rotational driving force of an engine. The output hub 104 is formed in a cylindrical shape. The flange 107 is attached to a portion that projects radially outward of the output hub 104. Further, the output hub 104 is formed with a friction plate holder 106 on an outer peripheral surface thereof. The friction plate holder 106 is fitted to a plate-side fitting portion 111a of a first friction plate 111, and is formed to have an axial length longer than a total thickness of the first friction plate 111 and a first intermediate plate 112.

Abstract: A power transmitting apparatus inputs or cuts off rotational power of an input member (1) to an output member (3) by press-contacting a plurality of driving-side clutch discs (6) and a plurality of driven-side clutch discs (7) with each other or releases them. A clutch housing (2) includes the driving-side clutch discs (6). A clutch member is (4) connected to the output member (3). A pressure member (5) press-contacts the discs (6) and discs (7) with each other or releases the press-contacting force between them. Application of a resisting force, for resisting relative rotation between the clutch member (4) and the pressure member (5), can be attained. A magnitude of the resisting force is set larger than a sticking torque between the discs (6) and discs (7).

Abstract: Provided is a wet friction plate capable of further reducing drag torque. A wet friction plate 200 is configured to include an oil groove 203 and a friction material 210 on a flat plate annular core metal 201. The friction material 210 is formed with ride-on sides 214a, 214b and a ride-on groove 215. The ride-on sides 214a and 214b respectively extend linearly between an inner peripheral edge portion 211 formed on an inner side in a radial direction of the core metal 201 and two circumferential end portions 213a, 213b respectively extending in the radial direction at both end portions in a circumferential direction of the core metal 201. The ride-on groove 215 extends in a concave shape toward an outer side in the radial direction of the core metal 201 at a central portion of the inner peripheral edge portion 211 in the circumferential direction of the core metal 201. Further, the ride-on sides 214a and 214b are respectively formed to extend in a direction away from an imaginary oil groove center line L from the circumferential end portions 213a and 213b toward the inner peripheral edge portion 211.

Abstract: Provided is a joint component manufacturing method for reducing occurrence of burrs upon bonding between a first member having a hole and a second member having a shaft portion and firmly bonding both members. Moreover, each of a shaft-side weak press-fit portion 122 and a shaft-side strong press-fit portion 124 is formed at a shaft portion 121 of a cylindrical second member 120. The hole-side weak press-fit portion 112 and the shaft-side weak press-fit portion 122 are defined by a first weak press-fit interference Lw1 formed thinner than a first strong press-fit interference Ls1. The shaft-side strong press-fit portion 124 is defined by a first strong press-fit interference Ls1 as the minimum necessary press-fit interference for electric resistance welding upon electric resistance welding between the hole 111 and the shaft portion 121.

Abstract: A centrifugal clutch that can suppress the inclination of a clutch weight, realize smooth oscillation, and suppress the uneven wear of a clutch shoe is provided. A drive plate (210) slidably supports a clutch weight (230) and also supports a projection body (218) via a projection body support pin (216). The clutch weight (230) includes a first spring attachment part (231) and a second spring attachment part (234) to which two clutch springs (235) are attached formed, and a driven part (238) that comes into contact with the projection body (218) formed. The projection body (218) and the driven part (238) are formed in a manner that a projection body range (TE) where the projection body (218) and the driven part (238) come into contact overlaps action positions (FP1) and (FP2) of forces (F1) and (F2) of the clutch spring (235) acting on the clutch weight (230) in the thickness direction of the clutch weight (230).

Abstract: A method for manufacturing an integrated member and an integrated member manufactured by the method which can improve the joining strength and reduce the manufacturing cost. A method for manufacturing an integrated member by welding a first member formed of aluminum alloy material and a second member formed of ferrous-based material characterized in that the first member contains a predetermined amount of silicon and has a thickness larger than that of the second member. The second member can be pressed against the first member along the thickness direction, and by electrically energizing the pressed-in portion during the pressing period, electric resistance welding can be used. The pressing-in amount is set to a value larger than the thickness of the second member and less than that of the first member. The overlapping margin of the first and second members is set to a value of 0.5 mm or more.

Abstract: A power transmission device for a hybrid vehicle with a first clutch (1a) and a second clutch (1b). The first clutch (1a) is capable of transmitting or cutting off driving power of an engine (E) to driving wheels (D). The second clutch (1b) is capable of transmitting or cutting off power of a motor (M) to the driving wheels (D). The power transmission device is capable of appropriately operating the first clutch (1a) and the second clutch (1b) in accordance with driving conditions of the vehicle. Abstract: A power transmission device for a hybrid vehicle has a first clutch device (1a) disposed in a drivetrain between an engine (E) and a driving wheel (D). A second clutch device (1b) disposed in a drivetrain extends from a motor (M) to the driving wheel (D). The oil pump (P), connected to the motor (M), supplies oil to a predetermined moving component disposed in the vehicle by using driving power of the motor (M). A transmission (A) is disposed in a drivetrain between the engine (E) and the motor (M) and the driving wheel (D). The transmission adjusts rotation speed of the motor (M). The power transmission device supplying oil by causing the motor (M) to rotate the oil pump (P) at an appropriate rotation speed.
