Abstract: A control apparatus for an electric vehicle that includes (i) an electric motor, (ii) a high-low switching device configured to establish a high gear position or a low gear position, (iii) a center differential configured to transmit rotation outputted from the high-low switching device, to the front and rear wheels, while allowing differential rotation between the front and rear wheels, and (iv) a high-low selection device configured to select the high gear position or low gear position that is to be established in the high-low switching device. The control apparatus includes a creep control portion configured to execute a creep control for generating a creep torque during stop of the vehicle. The creep control portion executes a creep cut for stopping the creep control under a predetermined constant condition, and stops the execution of the creep cut when the low gear position is selected during execution of the creep cut.

Abstract: In a vehicle control device for controlling the vehicle, when automatic downshift control for automatically downshifting a speed ratio of the transmission is executed in the case where a drive current value of the motor obtained when the second oil pump is driven is larger than a maximum value of the drive current value of the motor obtained when the second oil pump is driven in a normal drive state, the vehicle control device increases a minimum rotation speed of the drive source compared to a case where the drive current value of the motor is equal to or less than the maximum value, and when the automatic downshift control is executed in the case where a line pressure generated by a hydraulic pressure supplied from the first oil pump and the second oil pump is larger than a predetermined value, the vehicle control device does not increase the minimum rotation speed of the drive source even in the case where the drive current value of the motor obtained when the second oil pump is driven is larger than the maximum value.

Abstract: A control device for a vehicle having: an engine; and a variator arranged downstream of the engine in a power transmission path connecting the engine and drive wheels, wherein the control device for the vehicle has a controller that executes a low standby control which downshifts the variator by moving a belt of the variator in a vertical direction (radial direction) during stopping of the vehicle. After starting the low standby control, the controller releases an output limit of the engine based on an actual secondary pressure of the variator.

Abstract: An automatic transmission includes a park rod adapted to non-rotatably lock an output shaft of the automatic transmission, an actuator adapted to drive the park rod, and an ATCU adapted to drive the actuator when a setting range of the automatic transmission is set into a P range. In a situation where an accelerator pedal is pressed on a climbing slope, driving force and gradient resistance are balanced, and a vehicle is stopped, the ATCU does not set the setting range of the automatic transmission into the P range even when a shifter is operated into the P range.

Abstract: A vehicle includes a hydraulic control unit (HCU) having a set of electrically-actuated valves configured to open/close to accumulate a pressurized hydraulic fluid in a hydraulic apply circuit of a first clutch of a transmission; a hydraulic fluid pump mechanically driven by an engine and configured to provide the pressurized hydraulic fluid to the HCU; and a controller configured to: prior to temporarily stopping the engine, control the engine and the HCU such that the pressurized hydraulic fluid accumulates in the hydraulic apply circuit of the first clutch to a desired hydraulic fluid pressure, and upon restarting the engine, control the set of electrically-actuated valves of the HCU to provide the pressurized hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic apply circuit first clutch to a hydraulic apply circuit for a second clutch of the transmission to apply the second clutch and shift the transmission into drive.

Abstract: A vehicle includes an engine, a continuously variable transmission and a torque converter that has a lock-up clutch. The torque converter is arranged between the engine and the continuously variable transmission. In this vehicle, when an engagement request of the lock-up clutch is issued, an initial-motion lock-up control is executed, whereby engagement is achieved through slip control that increases the lock-up capacity and gradually reduces the slip rotational speed, which is the input-output differential rotational speed of the lock-up clutch. During the slip control of the initial-motion lock-up control, if the slip rotational speed enters a smooth ON control region that is at or below a first set value, a second engine torque reduction control is executed that reduces the torque of the engine below the normal torque that is applied in response to a driver's request.

Abstract: In a case where an operation to a non-parking operation position is performed at the time when an engine stops at a parking position, an electronic control unit executes two controls, i.e., a change to a non-parking position and starting of the engine, simultaneously. At this time, in a case where the operation to the non-parking operation position is performed at the time when the engine is stopped at the parking position by stop-start system, a deceleration start timing of an electric actuator is made earlier in comparison with a case where the operation is performed at a time different from the above. Accordingly, even in a state where a voltage of the electric actuator is decreased, a motor rotation position can be easily stopped at a non-p target rotation position.
