Abstract: Discussed are a flexible thin film transistor (TFT) substrate, a flexible display panel and a flexible display device. The flexible TFT substrate of the present application can improve bending resistance of the flexible TFT substrate by arranging a concave structure in the bonding region and placing an organic material in the concave structure. When the bonding region is bent, a width of the bonding region can be reduced. Accordingly, a bezel width of the flexible display panel including the flexible TFT substrate is reduced, and a narrow bezel design is realized.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application disclose a display panel and a repairing method of a display panel. The display panel includes an array substrate, wherein the array substrate includes a power signal trace and at least one auxiliary trace; a plurality of light-emitting devices, wherein each of light-emitting devices includes a first electrode and a second electrode; and a plurality of auxiliary electrodes disposed in a same layer as the first electrode, wherein the auxiliary electrode is electrically connected to the auxiliary trace. When there are bright spots, the first electrode and the auxiliary electrode corresponding to the bright spots are melted by a laser irradiation, so that the first electrode and the auxiliary electrode are connected to eliminate an abnormality due to the bright spots.

Abstract: A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a first optical refraction layer and a second optical refraction layer. The first optical refraction layer includes a plurality of openings. The second refraction layer is filled in the plurality of openings. Abstract: The present invention relates to a display panel and a manufacturing method of the display panel. A charge generation layer of the present invention is produced using a mixture of an n-type organic material, a p-type organic material, and a polar solvent. The n-type organic material and the p-type organic material are mixed to form the charge generation layer, so that a contact area between the n-type organic material and the p-type organic material is increased. Accordingly, the present invention improves the transfer efficiency of charges, improves chances of separation of electrons and holes, and finally improves the charge generation efficiency of the charge generation layer. Therefore, the present invention avoids the use of a fine metal mask (FMM) in an evaporation process. Consequently, the present application reduces production costs and can be used in large-size-screen G8.6 production lines.
