摘要: The present disclosure provides an array substrate and a display panel. The array substrate includes a base substrate and at least one signal line unit in a fan-out region of the base substrate. Each of the at least one signal line unit includes two first signal lines and one second signal line, and the two first signal lines and the one second signal line are respectively in different layers and extend in a same direction. A center line of an orthographic projection of the one second signal line on the base substrate overlaps with a center line of an orthographic projection of an interval region between the two first signal lines.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a smart cooling paste. The smart cooling paste comprises: a cooling paste body and a temperature sensing module, a touch display module and a control module. The cooling paste body comprises a carrier and a gel layer located on the carrier. The temperature sensing module, the touch display module and the control module are fixed on the carrier. A sensing surface of the temperature sensing module and a surface of the gel layer away from the carrier are in a same plane, for sensing temperature of forehead. The control module is used for obtaining a sensed temperature and transmitting the sensed temperature to the touch display module. A screen of the touch display module is located on a surface of the carrier away from the gel layer.

摘要: A method for manufacturing an array substrate includes steps of: forming a pattern which includes a scanning line and a gate on a base substrate (301); forming a gate insulating layer on the pattern which includes the scanning line and the gate; forming a pattern which includes an active layer, a data line and a spacer matrix on the gate insulating layer; forming a passivation layer on the pattern which includes the active layer, the data line and the spacer matrix; dry etching the passivation layer to form a via hole which exposes the spacer matrix; under effect of an electric field generated between the spacer matrix exposed from the via hole and an etching gas, products obtained during the etching is induced to be deposited on the exposed surface of the spacer matrix so as to form a spacer. An array substrate and a display pane are further provided.
