    摘要: The present invention is directed to methods of preparing linear polymers such as polyalkylene oxides containing a terminal amine in high purity. One preferred method includes reacting a polyalkylene oxide such as polyethylene glycol containing a terminal azide with a phosphine-based reducing agent such as triphenylphosphine or an alkali metal borohydride reducing agent such as sodium borohydride in a solvent to reflux. The resultant polymer-amines are of sufficient purity so that expensive and time consuming purification steps required for pharmaceutical grade polymers are avoided.

    摘要: A blood vessel metal stent coating of amidoglucosan polysaccharide loaded with antibody comprises carrier material composed of chitosan and inartificial degradable acidic amidoglucosan polysaccharide and the effective dose of CD133 antibody loaded in the carrier material. The blood vessel metal stent coating is manufactured with self-assemble method to fix the CD133 antibody in the carrier material of the coating. The coating has good biocompatibility, water retention property, flexibility, flush resistance and bio-stability, and can specifically capture the vascular endothelial progenitor cells in human peripheral blood, and differentiate into vascular endothelial cells. The process would accelerate endothelialization to repair injured vessel caused and prevent restenosis and thrombosis efficiently.

    摘要: A system and method for selecting a wireless network is disclosed. The method relates to selecting a wireless network from a plurality of wireless networks. A variation of the invention includes selecting a new platform from a plurality of platforms offered by the current service provider according to a service request from the wireless device. The method comprises determining a requested service associated with the wireless device, determining whether one of the plurality of wireless networks can provide the requested service, and, if one of the plurality of wireless networks can provide the requested service, choosing the one wireless network of the plurality of wireless networks. The method further involves using a variety of parameters in determining which wireless network to choose for servicing the requested service from the wireless device. These parameters include quality of services, application supported, or other business factors such as roaming agreements, traffic load and cost of services. The system comprises at least one wireless network node, a wireless device, and a plurality of wireless networks communicating with each other. Either the wireless device or network node may operate to decide based on the services the wireless device user requires on which network the user will receive service from. The network assignment is accomplished to maximize the speed, cost and efficiency of transmission.

    摘要: A system, method, and computer program accurately models circuit parameter variation for delay calculation. For any given circuit parameter value, a cell is characterized at just three values in the circuit parameter range. An interpolation process generates an equation to calculate delay using the characterization data from the three circuit parameter values. This delay equation calculates the delay for any value in the circuit parameter range. Similar methodology is used to model simultaneous variation of two circuit parameters. The cell is characterized at just six circuit parameter pairs to interpolate the delay equation for any circuit parameter pair in the characterized ranges. This methodology can be extended to accommodate variation of multiple circuit parameters using similar interpolation techniques.
