The processing agent introducing apparatus comprises a reservoir tank for reservoiring processing agent for replenishment, holding means for holding a container in which replenisher is sealed while a sealed opening of the container is directed downward, and an unsealing member for unsealing the container and for flowing the processing agent in the container into the reservoir tank, wherein the unsealing member has a plurality of jet openings jetting a cleaning liquid for cleaning an inner wall of the container in different directions. Accordingly, a plurality of jet openings jet the cleaning liquid in different directions so as to shoot the cleaning liquid on plural positions in the container. Thus, the apparatus of the present invention has less cleaning non-uniformity than the apparatus which shoots the cleaning liquid on one position.

A movable electrode is provided so that its electrode face faces that of the reference electrode at an interval to form a capacitor by the movable and reference electrodes. A driving electrode for driving the movable electrode is fixed on the substrate at an interval from the movable electrode. The distance 2L between the driving and movable electrodes is twice the distance L between the movable and reference electrodes. An external bias voltage is applied between the driving and movable electrodes to deflect the movable electrode. This doubles the range of the displacement of the movable electrode, thereby increasing the capacity change rate of the variable capacitor.

The sensor has a detection torsional vibrator which exerts torsional vibration owing to the torque generated by the tuning fork vibrator, whereby the angular velocity sensor detects a rotational angular velocity around the axis of the tuning fork based upon the magnitude of the vibration of the detection torsional vibrator. At least one buffer torsional vibrator is positioned around the detection torsional vibrator for moderating external transmission energy loss of the torsional vibration of the detection torsional vibrator.

A photographic film curling correcting method and apparatus for correcting curling of a photographic film generated when the photographic film is stored for a long time in a cartridge in a state in which the photographic film is taken up around a spool shaft in a form of a roll, comprising the steps of: curvilinearly conveying the photographic film, which is withdrawn from the cartridge, so that the curling of the photographic film generated by taking up of the photographic film around the shaft becomes an opposite direction; and relaxing the curling by heating the photographic film while the photographic film is being curvilinearly conveyed, and taking up the photographic film, whose curling has been relaxed, into the cartridge again while cooling the photographic film. The curling of the photographic film can be corrected before developing processing when the photographic film is initially printed and before printing processing when the photographic film is printed a second time or times thereafter.
