    Abstract: The present application relates to a method performed by a terminal for transmitting uplink data (UL data) in a wireless communication system supporting a low latency service, the method comprising the steps of: receiving a UL grant for transmitting initial data from a base station; transmitting the initial data to the base station on the basis of the received UL grant; receiving, from the base station, non-acknowledgement (NACK) for the transmission of the initial data and a simple UL grant comprising resource information related to the retransmission of the initial data; and performing the retransmission of the initial data on the basis of the received simple UL grant.

    Abstract: A quasi-cyclic low density parity check (QC LDPC) code rate matching method is disclosed. According to the rate matching method in the present disclosure, the minimum lifting value can be selected from among lifting values by which a codeword longer than a target code block can be generated. A coding gain through retransmission can be acquired by generating the codeword that is longer than the target code block. In addition, by selecting a lifting value of a proper magnitude, rate matching for information bit sequences of various lengths can be performed.

The method performed by a terminal comprises the steps of: transmitting, to a base station, a first message comprising an uplink resource request information element (UL resource request IE) to request uplink resource allocation; receiving, from a base station, a second message comprising a response to the UL resource request IE; receiving allocation of the uplink resource from the base station on the basis of the received response; and transmitting a third message to the base station by using the allocated uplink resource.

    Abstract: Provided is a method for transmitting and receiving inter-cell information for cancelling inter-cell interference in a wireless communication system. The method for transmitting and receiving inter-cell information may comprise the steps in which: a base station of a victim cell transmits, to a base station of an adjacent aggressor cell, a first PMI set which is a set of PMIs of a signal corresponding to an area partitioned in a predetermined direction; the base station of the aggressor cell transmits, to the victim cell, the signal of the PMIs by using a specific resource; the base station of the victim cell receives, from a terminal in the victim cell, a feedback signal on the signal of the PMIs; the base station of the victim cell transmits, to the base station of the aggressor cell, the feedback information; and the base station of the aggressor cell updates the first PMI set to a second PMI set on the basis of the feedback information, and transmits, to the base station of the victim cell, the updated second PMI set.

    Abstract: Provided are an apparatus and a method for allocating resources in a wireless communication system. In particular, the present invention includes the feature of alternately allocating resources for D2D communication and resources for cellular communication, or allocating resources of a D2D link to not be adjacent to each other. In addition, the present invention prevents interference with the cellular communication and interference with other D2D links by allocating a partial area of the resources allocated for the D2D communication to an area for transmitting a D2D uplink symbol to an eNB, or by adding a GP symbol to a partial area of the resources for the D2D communication. Furthermore, in the case of applying a TDD scheme, the present invention prevents interference with symbols for performing the cellular communication by defining a partial section of a special subframe as a section for transmitting the D2D uplink symbol, or by reflecting a time delay of N OFDM symbol durations. Accordingly, the present invention prevents the D2D communication from causing interference.
