    Abstract: Proposed is a method for performing wireless communication by a first device. The method can comprise steps in which the first device receives from a second device a first physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH) or a first physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) comprising information relating to a second synchronization source, determines synchronization of the second device on the basis of the information relating to the second synchronization source, and performs the synchronization of the second device on the basis of a reference signal of the first PSCCH or first PSSCH. For example, the second synchronization source can comprise a synchronization source having a highest priority configured beforehand with respect to the second device.

    Abstract: In an embodiment of the present disclosure, proposed is a method in which a first UE transmits a signal to a second UE in a wireless communication system, the method including: a step in which the first UE receives a first signal from the second UE; a step in which the first UE acquires the distance between the first UE and the second UE on the basis of the received first signal; a step in which the first UE selects, on the basis of the calculated distance, a numerology for transmitting a second signal, or a transmit resource in which the numerology is set; and a step in which the first UE transmits the second signal to the second UE on the basis of the selected numerology or the transmit resource. The UE is capable of communicating with at least one of another UE, a UE related to an autonomous driving vehicle, a base station or a network.

    Abstract: A method of transmitting uplink data by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system includes receiving, by the UE from a eNB, a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) which is scrambled with a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS)-radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) (SPS-RNTI) and includes a downlink control information (DCI) format 0 for a SPS scheduling assignment; validating, by the UE, the SPS scheduling assignment based on that the SPS-RNTI is not related to the ProSe communication and i) two bits in a first field in the DCI format 0 are set to ‘00’; ii) three bits next to the first field in the DCI format 0 are set to ‘000’; and iii) a most significant bit (MSB) in a second field in the DCI format 0 is set to ‘0’. Further, based on that the SPS-RNTI is related to the ProSe communication, the validating of the SPS scheduling assignment is determined based on that i) the two bits in the first field in the DCI format 0 is set to ‘00’ and ii) the MSB in the second field in the DCI format is set to ‘0’, and the three bits next to the first field are related to a resource information for the ProSe communication.

    Abstract: Provided is a method for a terminal to transmit sidelink signals in a wireless communication system according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprising the steps of: determining transmission power of a sidelink packet in each of a plurality of carriers; and on the basis of the determined transmission power, transmitting the sidelink signals through one or more carriers of the plurality of the carriers, wherein the transmission power is determined on the basis of a priority of the sidelink packet scheduled for transmission on each of the plurality of carriers, a sum of the transmission power of the sidelink packet scheduled for transmission on each of the plurality of carriers, and maximum transmission power of the terminal.
