Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless access system supporting an unlicensed band and a carrier sensing method, and more specifically, to methods for performing listen before talk (LBT), methods for selecting a representative carrier, methods for transmitting data bursts, and a device for supporting same. A method for a base station transmitting a data burst in a wireless access system supporting an unlicensed band and carrier aggregation, according to one embodiment of the present invention, may comprise the steps of: selecting a first component carrier (CC) from among at least two CCs; performing a listen before talk (LBT) process during which a random backoff is carried out by the first CC; and transmitting the data burst from the first CC; and transmitting the data burst from the first CC, when the first CC is in an idle state after the LBT process, wherein the step of selecting the first CC may be performed every time a specific number of data bursts have been transmitted or at specific time intervals.

In this instance, the cell having mobility can move in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction from the surface of the earth.

As an embodiment of the present invention, a method for receiving sub-frame (SF) length information in a wireless access system supporting a non-licensed band may comprise the steps of: receiving a signal including first SF length information indicating the lengths of one or more of a current SF and a next SF in sub-frame number n−1 (SF # n−1); and receiving one or more of a downlink physical channel and a downlink signal in the SF # n−1 on the basis of the first SF length information. Here, the first SF length information may indicate that the current SF or the next SF is the end SF of a downlink transmission burst in the non-licensed band.

As an embodiment of the present invention, a method for controlling a contention window size (CWS) for transmitting uplink data in a radio access system supporting an unlicensed band by a user equipment, may comprise the steps of: receiving, from an evolved node B, a radio signal including CSW control information indicating information required for controlling a CWS; controlling the CWS on the basis of the CWS control information; performing a listen before talk (LBT) process using the controlled CWS; and transmitting uplink data when a result of the LBT process shows that an unlicensed band is in an idle state.

A method for transmitting a narrowband secondary synchronization signal (N-SSS) by a base station in a wireless access system supporting NB-IoT, according to an embodiment of the present invention, can comprise the steps of: generating a first sequence having a size M so as to generate an N-SSS; generating a second sequence having a size M so as to generate an N-SSS; generating an N-SSS by means of the first sequence and second sequence; and transmitting the N-SSS by means of n OFDM symbols. The size of a bandwidth used in the wireless access system supporting NB-IoT is the size of one physical resource block (PRB), and one PRB can comprise twelve subcarriers in a frequency domain.
