    Abstract: Disclosed is a mobile terminal having a flexible display unit. The present disclosure provides a mobile terminal including a first frame, a second frame coupled to the first frame movably and configured to move in a first direction against the first frame, a third frame coupled to the second frame movably and configured to move in the first direction against the second frame, a flexible display unit including a first region disposed on a front side of the mobile terminal and coupled to the first frame, a second region disposed on a backside of the mobile terminal and coupled to the third frame, and a third region elongated between the first and second regions, wherein the third region is disposed on the front side or backside of the mobile terminal selectively according to a moving direction of the second frame by being rolled around the second frame, and a drive unit configured to move the second frame in the first direction against the first frame and move the third frame in the first direction against the second frame.

    Abstract: Provided are a method of selecting carriers and a device supporting the method. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for selecting carriers in a wireless communication system includes: receiving information on carriers and Channel Busy Ratio threshold from a network; selecting at least one carrier of which CBR value is below the CBR threshold; selecting a resource on the selected carrier; and transmitting a medium access control (MAC) packet data unit (PDU) by using the selected resource of the selected carrier.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method for performing a cell reselection procedure by a terminal, and an apparatus supporting the same. The method comprises the steps of: measuring a first CE level in a serving cell where the terminal is currently staying; measuring a second CE level in a neighboring cell where an MBMS service of interest is provided; calculating a ranking of the neighboring cell by adding an offset to a quality value measured for the neighboring cell, when the second CE level is higher than or equal to the first CE level; and performing a cell reselection procedure on the basis of the calculated ranking.

    Abstract: Provided are a method by which a base station performs vehicle to everything (V2X) communication in a wireless communication system, and an apparatus for supporting the same. The method can comprise the steps of: receiving a V2X bearer indication indicating a V2X bearer, wherein the V2X bearer is a bearer used for a V2X service; determining that the base station supports only a PC5-based V2X service between the PC5-based V2X service or a Uu-based V2X service; postponing a resource allocation for the V2X bearer; and transmitting, to a mobility management entity (MME), information indicating that the resource allocation for the V2X bearer is postponed.

    Abstract: Suggested is a novel condition for a media access control (MAC) entity in user equipment (UE) reselecting a sidelink resource in a wireless communication system. The MAC entity of the UE can reselect a sidelink resource when a configured sidelink grant does not satisfy a latency requirement according to ProSe per-packet priority (PPPP). More particularly, configuration is performed by an upper layer so that the MAC entity transmits on the basis of sensing using a resource pool; the MAC entity selects generation of a configured sidelink grant corresponding to transmission of a plurality of MAC protocol data units (PDU); and when data is available in a sidelink traffic channel (STCH) and the configured sidelink grant does not satisfy the latency requirement according to the PPPP, a sidelink resource is reselected.
