摘要: A communication permitted slot setting section 12a randomly and equally divides one prescribed cycle for each wireless terminal and sets some of them, respectively, as permitted slots “p.” A communication assigning section 12b assigns the total communication “n” per one cycle pre-assigned to each wireless terminal to each permitted slot “p.” A communication timing determining section 12c randomly determines communication timings for each permitted slot “p.” A degree-of-congestion measuring section 12d measures the degree of congestion of wireless resources. A connectivity estimating section 12e estimates the connectivity M for each permitted slot. Each time a communication opportunity is consumed, a communication readjusting section 12f assigns the communication opportunity to an permitted slot with a higher connectivity M at a higher probability in the next cycle.

摘要: A conveyor and a deposition apparatus, and a maintenance method thereof are disclosed. The conveyor includes a frame; a lower support mechanism for supporting a carrier on which is longitudinally mounted a substrate and for transferring the carrier; and an upper support mechanism for supporting the carrier, in which the frame comprises a lower frame and an upper frame, and in which the lower support mechanism is provided on the lower frame and the upper support mechanism is provided on the upper frame, the upper frame and the lower frame being configured to be separately movable. Therefore, with the rotational movement of the upper frame, it is possible to arrange a cathode member in a space formed above the lower frame. This can make the spacing between the deposition treatment passage and the carrier transfer passage small. As a result, it is possible to make an inner court of the deposition apparatus narrow. Therefore, in the conveyor capable of transferring a carrier and in the deposition apparatus including the conveyor and further including a vacuum treatment apparatus and a transfer system, it is possible to make the installation area thereof small and narrow.

摘要: A method for efficiently manufacturing a large-area Mo-based target plate at a high yield is provided. In the manufacturing method, the condition of the content of a trace element and the rolling condition are used in combination to reduce the deformation resistance and to suppress the occurrence of cracks such as edge cracking. The method for manufacturing an Mo-based sputtering target by rolling an Mo-based ingot includes the steps of: manufacturing the Mo-based ingot in which the oxygen concentration is controlled to 10 ppm by mass or more and 1000 ppm by mass or less; and heating and rolling the Mo-based ingot at a rolling temperature of 600° C. or more and 950° C. or less.

摘要: A system for simulating a characteristic of a light-emitting device includes a transport calculating module for calculating a concentration of carriers in the light-emitting device. The system includes an optical calculating module for calculating data sets including a total emission power factor of excitons set and a light extraction efficiency data. A diffusion calculating module uses the exciton formation rate and the total emission power factor to calculate a concentration of excitons and a total deactivation rate of the excitons. A device characteristics calculating module uses the light extraction efficiency data set and a radiative deactivation rate calculated from the total deactivation rate to calculate a device characteristic of the light-emitting device.

摘要: A novel pharmaceutical application of an extract from a vaccine virus-inoculated and inflamed tissue and relates to a thioredoxin production promoting agent containing the extract as an active ingredient. The extract has an excellent thioredoxin production promoting action against an oxidative stress caused by a stimulus by such as a tobacco smoke extract or hydrogen peroxide and showed a significant lung cell protective effect. Therefore, the pharmaceutical of the invention containing the extract as an active ingredient is highly useful as a preventive or therapeutic agent for a chronic obstructive lung disease considered to be mainly caused by a continuous oxidative stress such as chronic smoking and the pharmaceutical with less side effects and high safety.

摘要: A power generating device according to the present invention has a positive displacement steam expander for converting expansion of steam into a rotational force, a power generator connected to a rotational axis of the positive displacement steam expander, an inverter for setting an operational frequency of the power generator, a power detector for detecting generated electric power of the power generator, and control means for changing set frequency of the inverter in accordance with a deviation of the generated electric power detected by the power detector from a target value. According to such a configuration, it is possible to sustain high output of the power generator irrespective of a differential pressure between primary side steam and secondary side steam.

摘要: A content display system is disclosed for offering, excellent multimedia content browsing/viewing environments to handheld device users, from a server of a communication network, by the use of a handheld device and a cooperating computer device cooperated to the handheld device. According to an aspect of the present invention, the content display system and method are adapted so that: (1) a handheld device user selects a target content, which the user wants to display on a cooperating computer device, from contents displayed on the handheld device via a user interface of the handheld device; (2) identification information about the target content is transferred from the handheld device to the cooperating computer device; (3) the cooperating computer device acquires the target content based on the identification information from the server; and (4) the acquisition of the contents by the handheld device, the transfer of the identification information from the handheld device to the cooperating computer device and the acquisition of the target content by the cooperating computer device from the handheld device are performed via different communications networks.
