Abstract: Techniques are provided for reporting, by a device, positioning-related information to a network entity. In an example, the device receives signaling information of the network entity. The signaling information indicates one or more parameters for a report on a reference signal that is transmitted by a base station. The device also receives multiple propagations of the reference signal upon a transmission of the reference signal by the base station. Based on the signaling information, the device generates the report, where the report comprises a power and a time delay per propagation of the reference signal. The device transmits the report to the network entity, where a position of the device is determined by the network entity based on the report.

Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for facilitating autonomous synchronization are disclosed herein. For example, a UE may be configured to perform an initial synchronization directly to PSCCH and PSSCH when other synchronization sources, such as GNSS, a base station, and/or SLSS, are unavailable. An example method for wireless communication at a user equipment includes receiving a PSCCH. The example method also includes performing an initial synchronization based on the PSCCH. In some examples, the method may also include receiving a PSSCH, and determining a logical subframe number modulo 10 based on the PSSCH. The logical subframe number modulo 10 may correspond to a sequence seed.

Abstract: Example aspects include a method, apparatus, and computer-readable medium for scheduling transmissions of transport blocks (TBs) at a base station of a wireless communication network, comprising accessing static transmission information indicating configuration information of TB transmissions. Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide a technique for wireless communications by a user equipment (UE). The UE implements the technique to detect that a decoding failure of a first multiple input multiple output (MIMO) transmission, sent by a network entity on a first number of layers, is caused by a rank mismatch. The UE then sends a rank correction request to a network entity. The UE then combines samples from the first MIMO transmission and a second MIMO transmission, sent by the network entity using a space-time code (STC) with a second number of layers in response to the rank correction request, to recover data lost due to the decoding failure.

The second collision report further comprising an indication of each of the second monitored subset(s) of sidelink resources.
