In some aspects, a network node may communicate, based at least in part on a physical data channel configuration corresponding to a physical data channel, a first extended reality (XR) data communication corresponding to a first physical data channel occasion associated with the physical data channel configuration, wherein a first priority level is associated with the first XR data communication. The network node may communicate a second XR data communication corresponding to a second physical data channel occasion, wherein a second priority level is associated with the second XR data communication, and wherein the second priority level is higher than the first priority level based at least in part on a packet delay budget associated with the physical data channel configuration being within a specified threshold of packet delay. Abstract: Systems and techniques are provided for wireless communications. For example, an apparatus (e.g., a user equipment (UE)) may receive a downlink transmission in a first downlink time slot and receiving an update to a scheduling offset associated with a propagation time delay of communications between the apparatus and a network entity. The update indicates an updated scheduling offset. The apparatus may determine a selected scheduling offset as one of the scheduling offset or the updated scheduling offset. The apparatus may transmit, using a second uplink time slot, an uplink transmission associated with the downlink transmission. The second uplink time slot may be determined based on a first uplink time slot and the selected scheduling offset.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify a beam used for communicating with a network entity, the beam associated with multiple bandwidth parts (BWPs) including a reference BWP with a first frequency. The UE may receive a BWP configuration from the network entity, the BWP configuration based on changing a frequency for at least one BWP of the multiple BWPs form the first frequency to a second frequency. Additionally or alternatively, the UE may identify a timing threshold associated with a BWP switching operation for multiple BWPs associated with the beam. The UE may switch from the first BWP to a second BWP during the timing threshold. The UE may communicate with the network entity according to the BWP configuration or the second BWP.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network node, downlink control information (DCI) that schedules a downlink transmission and one or more repetitions of the downlink transmission. The DCI may indicate a first uplink resource for a first feedback message indicating whether the UE receives the downlink transmission and the one or more repetitions. Based on receiving the DCI, the UE may select a second uplink resource for a second feedback message indicating feedback that the UE received the DCI, where the second uplink resource occurs prior to the first uplink resource in a time domain. The UE may transmit the second feedback message on the second uplink resource. The UE and the network node may be part of a non-terrestrial network and, in some examples, may apply a configuration indicated in the DCI based on the second feedback message.

The UE may acquire, from a current cell or a new cell, a system information block (SIB) to refresh the one or more system information parameters after an expiration time associated with the one or more system information parameters, wherein the expiration time is based at least in part on the reference time and the update timer length.
