    Abstract: A network management apparatus, a method and an apparatus in a wireless communication system. The network management apparatus includes: a network area dividing unit, configured to divide the coverage area of network signals into multiple sub-areas according to the transmission characteristics of a network node; a network node locating unit, configured to determine the sub-area in which the network node locates in the coverage area of network signals according to the geographical location information of the network node; and a wireless network resource management unit, configured to construct wireless network resource management information according to the sub-area in which the network node locates. According to embodiments, rapid dynamic network programming and reasonable wireless network resource allocation can be realized.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method in a wireless communication system. The apparatus includes a dynamic network planning trigger unit and a master user equipment selecting unit. The dynamic network planning trigger unit triggers, based on a predetermined trigger event, a dynamic network planning in an area managed by the apparatus. The dynamic network planning includes selection of a master user equipment used for device-to-device communication, and the master user equipment receives signals from a base station during the device-to-device communication process and relays signals between the base station and a slave user equipment. The master user equipment selecting unit selects, from user equipment in the area according to quality of channels between the user equipment and the base station, one or more user equipment as master user equipment, distances between the master user equipment being greater than the intervals.

    Abstract: An electronic apparatus, an information processing device and an information processing method. An electronic apparatus for a base station side includes a processing circuit. The processing circuit is configured to: control a user equipment to acquire, from a base station, reference information about a signal intensity on a specific spectrum resource in a predetermined region; when the user equipment is located in the predetermined region, control the user equipment to sense the signal intensity on the specific spectrum resource; and control the user equipment to adjust, based on the reference information and the sensed signal intensity, a parameter for performing near-distance service communication in the predetermined region, so as to achieve an expected communication performance, wherein the parameter influences the access rate and/or transmission reliability of near-distance service communication.

    Abstract: A resource management device, a resource management method, and a device and method in a communication system. The resource management device is used for managing opportunistic utilization of frequency spectrum resources of a primary system by a secondary system in the communication system, and includes: a reception unit configured to receive device information and a resource request of a target secondary system device among one or more secondary system devices in the secondary system; an available resource acquisition unit configured to acquire, in response to the resource request, available resource information of the target secondary system device on the basis of the device information of the target secondary system device, wherein the resource information includes indication information related to transmission waveform used for the target secondary system device; and a notification unit configured to notify the target secondary system device of the acquired resource information.
