摘要： A miniature model car business card dispenser has a business card dispenser mechanism enclosed inside of a miniature model car's body. A machine operated lid similar to one on a real car can be opened and reveal an opening on the model car such as trunk opening or engine bay. The lid, when opened, allows passage of business card deck that was stored inside. Card deck can be pushed out or pulled in through model car's opening. When lid is closed, no dispenser mechanism can be seen from outside and the whole thing looks just like a regular model car. A underneath car trigger switch is provided for signaling dispenser operation. A set of electrical-mechanism includes a motor drive, slide on track and gear set are used to raise or lower the card deck as well as the lid.

摘要： The invention relates to a tablet dispenser (1) for holding a large number of tablets (2) and for dispensing them one by one. The tablet dispenser is comprised of: a two-part dispenser housing consisting of two housing halves (10; 20) of the same length, which are assembled to form a box; a housing bottom part (10) with a dispensing opening (3), which is made in the sidewall (14) of a corner of the housing and via which the tablets (2) are individually dispensed from the dispenser housing, and; a housing top part (20) that does not have an end wall (23) on the side from which the tablets are dispensed. The housing parts are joined to one another in a manner that enables them to be displaced parallel to the container axis in opposite directions during which the dispensing opening (3) of the housing bottom part (10) is alternately opened and closed by the housing upper part (20). In order to dispense only one tablet (2′) at a time while preventing an unintentional following of additional tablets (2), dosing elements are provided inside the dispenser housing that consist of a dead space barrier (11), which is mounted on the housing bottom part (10) at the corner opposite the dispensing opening (3), and of a barrier (21) that prevents tablets from following a single tablet to be dispensed, which is mounted on the housing top part (20) at the front end thereof. The dosing elements (11; 21) are designed and arranged so that they can be displaced relative to one another in such a manner that with each displacement travel of the housing halves (10; 20), only one tablet (2′) at a time reaches the dispensing area of the dispensing opening (3).

A storage component (104) is disposed along or within the housing, and is adapted to receive loose paper clips. A gate component (106) is operably coupled to the storage component, and a sorting component is incorporated within the storage or gate component(s). An actuating system (110) is disposed somewhere within or along the housing. A retrieval system (112) is disposed between the receptacle and the storage component. The retrieval system is adapted to retrieve a single paper clip from the gate component, and deliver the paper clip to the receptacle, responsive to activation of the actuating system.

摘要： An article handling apparatus having a article storage area includes a removable article storage structure adapted for being positioned therein. The removable article storage structure comprises an elongate article storage bin having, for example, a rectangular cross-section. One sidewall of the bin includes an elongate article-loading opening therein. At least two elongate flaps are provided for closing the opening, a first flap that is hinged along a first longitudinal edge of the opening, and a second flap that is hinged along a second longitudinal edge of the opening and opposed to the first longitudinal edge. Closure of the flaps over the opening results in overlap of the distal ends of the flaps, and therefore a complete closing of the opening. Such complete closing of the opening also presents smooth surfaces along the inside surfaces of the bin to the stored articles. The smooth surfaces function to unobtrusively guide the stored articles out of the bin during a dispensing operation.

摘要： A rail system for positioning a toolhead above a workpiece uses a rack cut into one edge of the rail and driven by a pinion gear whose shaft is approximately perpendicular to a workpiece to couple the rail to the toolhead. Multiple rollers placed on the toolhead allow contact between the toolhead and the rail to be effectively continuous despite the cutting away of as much as or more than two-thirds of the rail edge to provide rack teeth. Separating thickness axis containment from transverse with a square rail edge and separate thickness axis and transverse rollers allows the toolhead to follow a rail as the rail flexes over a curved surface with minimal position error. Several variations in rail, bearing, and rack implementation can realize comparable results.
