Connectors are placed at one or more locations on prefabricated panels to couple pre-fabricated panels together in the construction of a building. Connectors may anchor structural reinforcement internal to each panel to assist in distributing forces through the structure of the building. A reinforcing mesh may at least partially wrap around the structural reinforcement of a panel.

摘要: Systems and methods of constructing a single-story building utilizing a plurality of prefabricated insulated panels, each of the plurality of prefabricated insulated panels comprising a first cementitious layer, a second cementitious layer, and an insulative core, wherein the insulative core is disposed between the first and second cementitious layers. The systems and methods comprise constructing a building foundation and constructing the single-story building on said foundation, the building comprising an exterior wall supported by at least said building foundation using a first plurality of the prefabricated insulated panels, the first plurality of panels forming the exterior wall disposed on an outer perimeter of the building and a roof supported by at least said exterior wall using a second plurality of the prefabricated insulated panels, the second plurality of panels forming the roof enclosing a top of the single-story building.

摘要: Disclosed herein are plaster boards that include first and second layers of hardened plaster material, a liner attached to the first layer of hardened plaster material, and a first material (e.g., a polymer material such as a viscoelastic polymer) adhered between the liner and the second layer of hardened plaster material. The liner includes one or more structurally weakened regions each extending substantially from a first edge to a second opposing edge of the plaster board. The structurally weakened regions of the liner may facilitate creation of a fissure that propagates substantially within a plane within the plaster board. Methods for making the plaster boards may involve drying wet plaster material while it is in contact with a liner having structurally weakened regions, processing a liner to form its structurally weakened regions while in contact with wet plaster material, or processing a liner to form its structurally weakened regions while in contact with hardened plaster material.

摘要: Disclosed herein is an insulated panel for facilitating post-tensioning of the insulated panel, in accordance with some embodiments. Accordingly, the insulated panel may include a frame, a first layer, a second layer, a second layer, a third layer, a fourth layer, and a fifth layer. Further, the frame may include a frame-end arranged in an arrangement forming an interior space. Further, the first layer of a building material is disposed in the interior space. Further, the second layer of an insulating material is disposed on the first layer. Further, the third layer of a cable is disposed on the second layer. Further, the fourth layer of the insulating material is disposed on the third layer. Further, the fifth layer of the building material is disposed on the fourth layer. Further, at least one of the first layer and the fifth layer may be cured for producing the insulated panel.

摘要: A building with ultra-stable cementitious material with nano-molecular veneer has 29 wt % to 40 wt % of a magnesium oxide dry powder containing 80 wt % to 98 wt % of magnesium oxide based on a final total weight of the cementitious material, 14 wt % to 18 wt % of a magnesium chloride dissolved in water and reacting to form a liquid suspension, a phosphorus-containing material, and wherein the mixture forms a liquid suspension that reacts into an amorphous phase cementitious material, wherein a portion of the amorphous phase cementitious material grows a plurality of crystals. The plurality of crystals are encapsulated by the amorphous phase cementitious material forming a nano-molecular veneer and a wall material that is affixed to a frame of a building.

摘要: A wall panel may have a rigid layer, a first insulation layer made from a two-part rigid urethane pour foam, and a second insulation layer made from a phase change material. The first insulation layer maybe chemically bonded to the rigid layer and may also be bonded to the phase change layer. The first insulation layer may be positioned between the second insulation layer and the rigid layer. The rigid layer may be a finished surface or a veneer layer may be applied to the rigid layer.
