Abstract: A three-dimensional data encoding method includes: selecting, as one or more candidates for calculating a predicted value of attribute information of a first three-dimensional point, one or more three-dimensional points from a plurality of three-dimensional points, the one or more three-dimensional points being closest to the first three-dimensional point; calculating a predicted value using pieces of attribute information of the one or more three-dimensional points selected as the one or more candidates; calculating a prediction residual that is a difference between the attribute information of the first three-dimensional point and the predicted value calculated; and generating a bitstream, based on the prediction residual. In the selecting, when the plurality of three-dimensional points include three-dimensional points equidistant from the first three-dimensional point, the one or more candidates are selected based on a first Morton code of the first three-dimensional point.

Abstract: A DCI receiving unit receives downlink control information (DCI) indicative of allocation of an uplink (UL) signal of a first TTI (long TTI) or an uplink signal of a second TTI (sTTI) having a shorter TTI length than the first TTI; a transmission power determination unit determines transmission power of the uplink signal of the first TTI and transmission power of the uplink signal of the second TTI; and a transmitting unit transmits the uplink signal of the first TTI and the uplink signal of the second TTI by using the determined transmission power on the basis of the downlink control information. The transmission power determination unit reserves desired transmission power for the uplink signal of the second TTI in the first TTI in a case where decoding of the downlink control information indicative of allocation of the uplink signal of the second TTI to be transmitted within the first TTI (e.g., a subframe) is completed before start of transmission of the uplink signal of the first TTI.

Abstract: A method used in an on-board network system, having electronic controllers that exchange messages and a fraud-detecting electronic controller. The method includes receiving an inquiry for a vehicle status indicating whether a vehicle in which the fraud-detecting electronic controller is installed is running from an external device, transmitting the vehicle status to the external device, and determining whether a message transmitted conforms to fraud detection rules. The method also includes receiving from the external device the delivery data, including updated fraud detection rules and network type information indicating a network type that the updated fraud detection rules are to be applied. The method further includes determining whether the vehicle is running, and whether the network type information indicates a drive network that is connected to an electronic controller related to travel of the vehicle. When the network type information does not indicate the drive network, updating the fraud detection rules.

Abstract: A user equipment in a wireless communications system supporting direct communication between user equipments selects a sidelink destination group (ProSe destination) associated with a sidelink logical channel having a highest logical channel priority among sidelink logical channels, which have data available for transmission in a sidelink control period (SC period) and which have not previously been selected in the same SC period, wherein each of the sidelink logical channels belongs to a sidelink destination group, each of the sidelink logical channels is allocated to a logical channel group (LCG) depending on a priority of said each sidelink logical channel and on a priority of the logical channel group, and the logical channel group is defined per sidelink destination group. The user equipment allocates radio resources to sidelink logical channels belonging to the selected sidelink destination group in decreasing priority order, and transmits the data using the allocated radio resources.

Abstract: An encoder that encodes a current block in a picture includes circuitry and memory. Using the memory, the circuitry: determines whether to use intra prediction for the current block; and when determining to use intra prediction, (i) performs a first transform on a residual signal of the current block using a first transform basis to generate first transform coefficients; and (ii-1) performs a second transform on the first transform coefficients using a second transform basis to generate second transform coefficients and quantizes the second transform coefficients, when an intra prediction mode of the current block is a predetermined mode or when the first transform basis is same as a predetermined transform basis; and (ii-2) quantizes the first transform coefficients without performing the second transform when the intra prediction mode is different from the predetermined mode and the first transform basis is different from the predetermined transform basis.
