摘要： An air supply apparatus supplies atmospheric air to an external apparatus such as an air demander. The air supply apparatus comprises a pump, an actuator, a power consumption detector, an air pressure detector, and a controller. The pump takes in atmospheric air and discharges the atmospheric air to the external apparatus. The actuator actuates the pump. The power consumption detector detects a measurement value corresponding to a power consumption of the actuator. The air pressure detector detects a discharge pressure of the atmospheric air discharged by the pump. The controller calculates a criterion value of the measurement value when the pump takes in the atmospheric air at 1 atmospheric pressure and discharges the atmospheric air at the discharge pressure based on the rotational frequency of the pump and the measurement value. The controller also adjusts the rotational frequency based on the measurement value and the criterion value.

摘要： A centrifugal tumbling granulating apparatus 1 comprises a fixed wall 7 having a grain contact portion 7a which is in contact with powder grains 2 and of which a horizontal section is formed in a circular shape, and a rotating disk 5 provided a clearance 12 away from an inner side of the fixed wall 7 and rotating in a horizontal direction by a motor 13, wherein an air supply device 21 for supplying drying air 22 to an upper surface side of the rotating disk 5 is provided above the rotating disk 5. The air supply device 21 has a cylindrical straight tube portion 25, and an air supply port 23 formed in a cone shape, and is disposed in a centrifugal tumbling chamber 6 to be movable in an up-and-down direction. During a granulating step, the air supply device 21 stops to supply the dry air 22 and waits at an upper position H. After the granulation processing, the air supply device is lowered at a lower position L and supplies the dry air 22 onto the rotating disk 5 to dry granulated substances. As a result, the granulating apparatus capable of efficiently obtaining, in a single apparatus, spherical particles of which each particle size is small and which exist within a narrow range of particle size distribution and of which deviation from spherical form is small is provided.

摘要： Pulsation, vibration and noise of a screw compressor is caused by compressed air abruptly discharging through a discharge port in a rotor chamber during rotation of a pair of rotors. The inside opening shape of the discharge port is within two tip curved lines drawn by the pair of rotors and coincides with the two tip curved lines at least at one point when fluid starts to discharge. In one embodiment, the inside opening shape is triangular with a vertex at a point of intersection of the two tip curved lines and a base side along the discharge end face of the rotor chamber. With this, when the air compressed in the compression chamber discharges from the discharge port, the discharge opening area of the discharge port smoothly increases. This reduces the pulsation of the discharged air and thus reduces the vibration and noise of the screw compressor.

摘要： A vehicle sunroof has a tilting lid provided at a front part of an opening formed in a roof of a vehicle. The tilting lid is adapted to be moved vertically at a rear end thereof with lifter mechanisms. A sliding lid is provided at a rear part of the opening supported by sliders adapted to be moved along guide rails disposed on both side edge portions of the opening and is constructed so as to be moved longitudinally through such movements of the sliders. The lifter mechanisms are provided in such a manner as to be oriented laterally at portions facing a rear end of the tilting lid on a laterally oriented cross member disposed so as to extend between front end portions of the left and right guide rails.

摘要： A crusher which is simple in structure and capable of dismantling a building structure and recovering iron material from among dismantled remains of a building. A movable jaw is provided so as to be opened and closed relative to a fixed jaw fixed to the crusher main frame. A magnetic case made of a nonmagnetizable material is provided on the bottom of the main frame. A permanent magnet assembly is slidably mounted in the case. The permanent magnet assembly is connected to a hydraulic cylinder for sliding the permanent magnet. By actuating the hydraulic cylinder, the permanent magnet will move down so that iron material is attracted through a bottom plate of the magnet case. By raising the permanent magnet assembly, the magnet weakens, so that the attracted iron material drops by gravity.
