    Abstract: A blow molding apparatus includes a machine bed, an upper base disposed at intervals in a vertical direction from the machine bed, a transport plate configured to rotate at a height position of the upper base to convey the preform between an injection molding part and a blow molding part, and an elevation mechanism configured to move the transport plate or the upper base up and down in the vertical direction with respect to a mold disposed on the machine bed. A support pillar includes a height adjusting part configured to adjust a stroke of the transport plate or the upper base in the vertical direction with respect to the machine bed.

    Abstract: A manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a resin container, the manufacturing apparatus includes an injection molding part, a temperature adjustment part, a blow molding part, a take-out part, and a rotation plate. The temperature adjustment part includes a first temperature adjustment mold into which the preform is inserted, the first temperature adjustment mold being configured to cool the preform from an outer surface of the preform, a second temperature adjustment mold into which the preform is inserted, the second temperature adjustment mold being configured to cool the preform from an inner surface of the preform, and wherein, in the temperature adjustment part, the preform is cooled so that at least the outer surface temperature of the preform is lowered within a temperature range from 10° C. to 50° C. as compared to the outer surface temperature of the preform when the preform is carried into the temperature adjustment part.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method of a resin container includes: a first injection molding process for injection-molding a first layer of a preform by using a first resin material, the preform having a bottomed cylindrical shape and including a groove that extends in an axis direction; a second injection molding process for injecting a second resin material into the groove of the first layer, the second resin material having a color that is different from a color of the first resin material, and laminating a second layer on an outer peripheral side or an inner peripheral side of the first layer; and a blow-molding process for blow-molding a preform that includes multiple layers and has been obtained in the second injection molding process in a state where residual heat at a time of injection molding is contained, and manufacturing the resin container having a vertical-striped color pattern formed by using the second layer.
