Abstract: A configuration for multiple UEs having the same RA-RNTI to generate RA-RNTI for RACH procedures. The apparatus transmits a random access message. The apparatus receives a RAR during a RAR window in response to the random access message. The RAR window spanning at least two system frames. The apparatus determines one or more RA-RNTIs. Each RA-RNTI may be based, at least in part, on a random access channel occasion and type of random access procedure. The apparatus decodes the RAR based on the one or more RA-RNTIs.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a message indicating that the UE is to execute a make-before-break handover procedure. The UE may transmit, during the make-before-break handover procedure and based at least in part on a prioritization rule, a first uplink communication to a target base station. The prioritization rule may indicate a relative priority for different uplink communications included in a group of uplink communications. The group of uplink communications may include at least the first uplink communication to be transmitted by the UE to the target base station and a second uplink communication to be transmitted by the UE to a source base station during the make-before-break handover procedure. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may be configured with multiple bandwidth parts (BWPs) and may support multiple subscriber identification modules (SIMs) (e.g., may operate in a multi-SIM (MSIM) mode). The UE may tune away from a default data SIM (DDS) subscription for a tune away gap and may miss any downlink signaling, such as an indication of a BWP switch, for a duration of the tune away. To avoid latency resulting from such missed downlink signaling, the UE may support a mechanism according to which the UE may autonomously switch to a different BWP despite a missed command from a network entity. Such a mechanism may include transmission of a scheduling request (SR) on each of multiple BWPs configured for the UE and monitoring each of the multiple BWPs for signaling responsive to the SR.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that asynchronous carrier aggregation, including between high frequency band and lower frequency band transmissions. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to monitor transmissions in a first frequency band and a second frequency band. The UE may measure a timing difference between transmissions in the first frequency band and one or more of the transmissions in the second frequency band, and transmit an indication of the timing difference to a base station. The base station may use the timing difference to determine whether the UE is to use asynchronous carrier aggregation. If the base station determines that the UE is to use asynchronous carrier aggregation, the base station may configure the UE to observe at least a minimum amount of delay when conducting uplink signaling via one of the frequency bands.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for implementing multi-link aggregation and conditional inheritance in a first basic service set (BSS). In one aspect, an apparatus may establish a first communication link with a first station (STA) of the first BSS using a first frequency band. The apparatus may determine a first link profile for a second communication link by customizing one or more management elements of management information associated with the first communication link. The apparatus may configure a first non-inheritance element of the first link profile associated with the second communication link to indicate usage of at least one management element of the management information by the second communication link is disabled. The apparatus may generate a management frame that comprises at least the first link profile, and may output the management frame for transmission.
