Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for performing AR button selection operations on an augmented reality (AR) device. The system displays, by an AR device, a plurality of AR objects on a display region that overlaps a first real-world object, each of the plurality of AR objects being associated with an object selection region. The system computes a first spatial relationship factor for a first AR object of the plurality of AR objects based on a position of the first AR object relative to a position of a second real-world object and adjusts the object selection region of the first AR object based on the first spatial relationship factor. The system activates the first AR object in response to determining that the second real-world object overlaps the object selection region of the first AR object.

Abstract: Displays and eyewear devices incorporating displays are disclosed. One display includes a light source, a first display region, and a second display region. The first display region includes a first contiguous array of pixels. The first contiguous array of pixels includes a first group of pixels and a second group of pixels interspersed with the first group of pixels. The first group of pixels is adapted to emit light from the light source in only a first wavelength band and the second group of pixels is adapted to emit light from the light source in only a second wavelength band different from the first wavelength band. Abstract: A method for modifying an image is described. The method involves capturing an image using an image sensor of a device, saving the image in a temporary area in the device's memory, then, upon storing the image in the temporary area, applying a convolutional neural network (CNN)-based stylization to the image in the temporary area as a background process of the device's processors to create a stylized image. This stylized image is then stored as metadata to the original image in the temporary area. Upon receiving instructions to display the image in the temporary area on the device, the image and a thumbnail of the stylized image are displayed.
