    Abstract: A method, an apparatus and a system for a handover to a circuit switched domain are disclosed. In an embodiment, a system includes a mobility management entity (MME) and at least two a mobile switching center (MSCs), wherein the at least two MSCs comprise a first MSC capable of supporting a circuit switched fallback (CSFB) and a single radio voice call continuity (SRVCC) and a second MSC not capable of supporting the SRVCC, and wherein the MME is configured to select the first MSC for a user equipment (UE) from the at least two MSCs in a combined tracking area update procedure of the UE when a location service of a circuit switched (CS) domain triggers an SRVCC procedure for the UE and when the UE has a Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) service in progress.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a single radio voice call continuity handover method and apparatus. An MME records whether a bearer deletion request message sent by a gateway device is received, and if the MME determines that the bearer deletion request message is received, the MME does not send a bearer deletion instruction message to the gateway device, and does not delete a local voice service bearer resource. Therefore, after the MME performs voice service bearer deletion on an IMS side, the MME does not perform voice service bearer deletion on an EPS side, thereby avoiding a conflict in an SRVCC process. Alternatively, when a reason for session termination is SRVCC handover, a PCRF does not send a re-authentication request message to the gateway device, that is, the gateway device does not perform a voice bearer deletion process on the IMS side, thereby avoiding a conflict in an SRVCC process.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a voice resource saving method, including: an MME sends a notification message to an eNodeB, which is used to instruct the eNodeB not to hand over, for a non-voice service, a UE from a LTE network to a CS domain of a 2G or a 3G network. Or, when an MSC determines that the circuit domain service is a non-voice service, the MSC sends a bearer release message to a base station to instruct the base station to release the voice resource. According to the the present invention, during implementation of a non-voice service, a handover of UE from an LTE network to a CS domain of a 2G or 3G network may not be triggered, or a voice resource reserved in the CS domain of the 2G or 3G network is released.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, apparatus, and system for a handover to a circuit switched domain. The method includes: selecting an MSC capable of both CSFB and SRVCC for a UE; and selecting, if a location service of a CS domain triggers an SRVCC procedure for the UE when the UE has a VOIP service in progress, the MSC capable of both CSFB and SRVCC in the SRVCC procedure, so that the UE, after being handed over to the CS domain, accesses the MSC and implements the location service of the CS domain. The apparatus includes: a first selecting module and a second selecting module. The system includes a UE and the apparatus. The embodiments of the present invention enable the UE with the VOIP service in progress to be correctly handed over to the CS domain and implement the location service.
