    Abstract: A cell handover method and a device are provided, so that a target eNB uses a current serving small node as a user plane serving node after a UE is handed over. The UE and uses the target eNB as a control plane serving node after the handover. The method includes receiving a handover request acknowledgment sent by the target eNB; and sending offloading configuration information of the current serving small node to the current serving small node, and sending RRC reconfiguration information of the UE to the UE, so that offloading configuration is performed separately by the current serving small node and the UE. According to the application, a problem that in a cell handover process, a transmission resource required for transmission increases and a delay is relatively great is avoided, because the current serving small node forwards a large amount of data to the target eNB.

    Abstract: This application relates to the field of communication technologies, and provides a communication method, apparatus, and system. In the method, a source donor node receives a measurement report from an IAB node through a source parent node, and determines, based on the measurement report, to hand over the IAB node from the source parent node to a target parent node. The source donor node sends configuration information to the IAB node through the source parent node. In a process in which the IAB node is handed over from the source parent node to the target parent node, the IAB node sends uplink data to a target donor node by using the configuration information through the target parent node. The configuration information includes: a routing configuration and/or a bearer mapping configuration. The uplink data includes uplink user plane data and/or uplink control plane data.

The method includes: selecting, by user equipment, a random access preamble from a random access preamble set, and selecting a random access channel resource from a random access channel resource set; sending, by the user equipment, the random access preamble by using the random access channel resource; and receiving, by the user equipment, a random access response message on a first downlink bandwidth part; wherein at least one of the random access preamble set or the random access channel resource set corresponds to the first downlink bandwidth part, and the random access channel resource includes at least one of a random access channel time domain resource or a random access channel frequency domain resource.

    Abstract: This application provides a service data transmission method and apparatus, and the method includes: obtaining first configuration information, where the first configuration information includes a first service feature parameter and a first resource parameter corresponding to the first service feature parameter; obtaining to-be-sent service data and a second service feature parameter corresponding to the to-be-sent service data; determining, based on the first service feature parameter, the second service feature parameter, and the first resource parameter, a second resource parameter for transmitting the to-be-sent service data; selecting, based on the second resource parameter, an available resource for transmitting the to-be-sent service data; and transmitting the to-be-sent service data by using the available resource. In this way, the service feature parameter of the service data is considered while the available resource is determined, to determine the resource parameter based on the service feature parameter, thereby better satisfying a delay requirement of a low-delay service.
