摘要: A compressor includes a housing, a fixed scroll, a movable scroll and a control valve. The housing has a suction chamber, a discharge chamber and a backpressure chamber formed therein. The scrolls are pressed against each other by backpressure in the backpressure chamber. The control valve for controlling the backpressure has first, second and third chambers arranged in this order. The first, second and third chambers are connected to the discharge chamber, the backpressure chamber and the suction chamber, respectively. The control valve has a valve member. The valve member has a first pressure-receiving surface located in the first chamber, a second pressure-receiving surface located in the second chamber and a third pressure-receiving surface located in the third chamber. The area of the third pressure-receiving surface is larger than the area of the first pressure-receiving surface and larger than the area of the second pressure-receiving surface.

摘要: A compressor includes a housing having an inlet port, a compression mechanism for compression of refrigerant introduced via the inlet port into the housing, a motor having a stator core and a coil, an inverter for driving the motor, and a rotary shaft rotated by the motor thereby to drive the compression mechanism. The compression mechanism, the motor and the inverter are aligned in the order in the housing in axial direction of the rotary shaft. The coil has a coil end projecting toward the inverter from the stator core and being disposed adjacent to an inner peripheral surface of the housing. The inlet port is located so as to face the coil end. A recess is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the housing for communicating with the inlet port. The recess extends in the axial direction of the rotary shaft toward the inverter beyond the coil end.

摘要: Whether an optical disc is a first optical disc or not is determined with reference to at least one of first and second focus error signal amplitude values. Then, if a sum value of the addition of a first focus balance signal value (CD-FBAL signal value) to a second focus balance signal value (DVD-FBAL signal value) is equal to or more than a predetermined threshold value, the signal surface of the optical disc is determined to be a CD signal surface of a dual disc. On the other hand, if the sum value is smaller than the predetermined threshold value, the signal surface of the optical disc is determined to be a DVD signal surface of a DVD or a DVD signal surface of a dual disc.

摘要: An electric compressor (10) is equipped with a motor chamber (27) provided in a suction pressure region. The motor chamber (27) is adjacent to an inverter accommodation chamber (101) with a first housing (24) therebetween, and a cooling hole (130) extending from the motor chamber (27) toward the inverter accommodation chamber (101) is formed through the first housing (24). The cooling hole (130) is a through-hole passing through the first housing (24). A cooling medium in the motor chamber (27) flows into the cooling hole (130) and comes into contact with a heat transfer plate (110), thereby cooling the heat transfer plate (110) directly.
