    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to configuring the structures of synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) and SSB burst sets in scenarios where two or more different types of SSB burst sets may be utilized in a wireless communication system (e.g., SSB burst sets including SSBs having different subcarrier spacing (SCS)). The SSB burst sets may be configured to include different components in an SSB (e.g., one or more of primary and second synchronization signals and a physical broadcast channel), include resource allocation information, include a physical-layer cell identity (PCID) configuration for a first SSB burst set that may be used to determine a PCID for a second SSB burst set, and enable quasi co-locating SSBs in a first SSB burst set with a second SSB burst set.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, devices and systems related to UE-aided selective single frequency network (SFN). In some implementations, a UE may obtain a first channel measurement of a first communication channel associated with a serving transmission and reception point (TRP), and a second channel measurement of a second communication channel associated with a neighbor TRP. The UE may further select an SFN condition associated with the first channel measurement or the second channel measurement, and transmit an indication including the SFN condition to one or both of the serving TRP or the neighbor TRP. In some other implementations, a network entity may select whether to configure a transmission scheme according to SFN for at least one of a serving TRP and a neighbor TRP associated with the SFN condition, and communicate with the UE associated with the transmission scheme according to SFN.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify a beam switching capability for a subcarrier spacing for communications between the UE and a base station. In one example, the beam switching capability may indicate a quantity of beam switches for a plurality of slots of a transmission time interval. In another example, the capability may indicate a threshold quantity of symbol periods between beam switching operations associated with the subcarrier spacing, or a beam switching time for the subcarrier spacing, or both. The UE may determine, for the identified beam switching capability, one or more parameter values that indicate the identified beam switching capability. The parameters may explicitly or implicitly indicate the identified capability. The UE may also transmit the determined one or more parameter values to the base station and communicate with the base station according to the identified beam switching capability.
