Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a channel state information measurement method, including receiving, by the UE, configuration information indicating resources for a channel state information (CSI) measurement; receiving, by the UE, from a base station, signaling information indicating one or more resources in which the base station occupies a carrier on an unlicensed band; identifying, by the UE, at least one resource in which the base station occupies the carrier on the unlicensed band, based on the signaling information; generating a CQI report based on measurement results at the at least one identified resource, while excluding a measurement result of at least one resource in which the base station does not occupy a carrier on the unlicensed band; and transmitting the CQI report to the base station.

The method includes: determining, by a communication node, that resources of a DRS and resources of other types of reference signals are overlapped; and selecting, by the communication node, at least one type of signal from the DRS and the other types of reference signals according to a predefined mode and transmitting the selected signal. Embodiments of the present disclosure may further disclose a corresponding method and device for receiving signals, a method and device for determining transmission power of the reference signals and a method for transmitting the DRS in a DL transmission burst including the data. With embodiments of the present disclosure, the confusion of the measurement of the DRS and the measurement of other types of reference signals may be solved.

Abstract: Examples of the present invention provide a method for allocating Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request Acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) channel resources supporting transmit diversity and channel selection. The method includes: receiving, by a UE, Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) information and Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) data from a base station through two Carrier Components (CCs); obtaining, by the UE according to specific indication information, Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) channel resources required for transmitting HARQ-ACK feedback information using a transmit diversity technique; and transmitting, by the UE, the HARQ-ACK feedback information on the obtained PUCCH channel resources adopting the transmit diversity technique. According to the method provided by the examples of the present invention, it is possible to allocate HARQ-ACK channel resources to the UE reasonably and avoid waste of channel resources in the premise that channel selection and SORTD technique are supported.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for uplink packet scheduling, comprising the following steps: a base station determines types of terminals, and groups the terminals based on types thereof; the base station transmits pre-scheduling indication information and uplink scheduling commands to the terminals in a group with a same type; the base station receives Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) transmitted by the terminals on a corresponding uplink sub-frame. The present invention further provides a base station and a terminal. In the above solution provided by this invention, eNB sorts accessed MTC terminals into different types of groups based on types thereof via a high-layer signaling, part of the MTC terminals in a type group are sorted into a scheduling group via a pre-scheduling instruction carried by PDSCH, all the MTC terminals in that group are scheduled via an uplink scheduling command. The solution provided by this invention can obviously reduce the number of times that the base station transmits uplink scheduling commands, and alleviate the burden on the base station of scheduling PUSCH transmission of MTC terminals.

In the method provided by the present disclosure, a UE receives DL-GRANT scheduling downlink HARQ transmission in a time-frequency bundling window corresponding to respective uplink subframe for feeding back HARQ-ACK in turn, obtains a DL DAI in the DL-GRANT, and determines a mapping value of each DL DAI; then, maps bundling window corresponding to respective uplink subframe for feeding back the HARQ-ACK to corresponding bits of a feedback bit sequence according to the mapping value of the DL DAI; and transmits the HARQ-ACK on an available uplink carrier.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for feeding back hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information. In the method provided by the present disclosure, an evolved Node B (eNB) transmits Downlink Assignment (DL-GRANT) within a time-frequency bundling window, which corresponds to an uplink subframe feeding back HARQ-ACK. A UE receives DL-GRANT scheduling downlink HARQ transmission in the time-frequency bundling window corresponding to respective uplink subframe for feeding back HARQ-ACK in turn, obtains a DL DAI in the DL-GRANT, and determines a mapping value of each DL DAI; then, maps HARQ-ACK bits of the time-frequency bundling window corresponding to respective uplink subframe for feeding back the HARQ-ACK to corresponding bits of a feedback bit sequence according to the mapping value of the DL DAI; and transmits the HARQ-ACK on an available uplink carrier. The present disclosure also provides a method for feeding back HARQ-ACK information. The UE transmits HARQ-ACK on an indicated carrier according to indication information of a base station. According to the method and apparatus provided by the present disclosure, efficiency for feeding back the HARQ-ACK can be increased and downlink peak rate of the UE can be ensured.

Abstract: A first device senses scheduling assignment (SA) and received power of a second device, and a total received energy of each subband. The first device determines a reference value of received power of the second device and a reference value of total received energy, based on a sensing result of the second device. The first device selects a resource, based on the reference value of received power and reference value of total received energy, the first device transmits data. By adopting the method of the present disclosure, decoding performance of SA is improved, and accuracy for measuring received power of the SA is also enhanced. Subsequently, on the basis of SA and received power, performances for selecting/re-selecting channel resources are improved.
