    摘要: An interface circuit which is connected between a peripheral device and a computer and which can conduct a data transfer at a higher speed. When a first digital data D.sub.1 is output from a peripheral device, the transfer of a memory bus enable request signal DRQ to a computer is halted by transfer control means, and the first digital data is output from the peripheral device in accordance with a false read control signal FIOR from an interface circuit, and held in hold means. When a second digital data is output from the peripheral device, DRQ is transferred to the computer, and 2N-bit data, i.e., N-bit second digital data D.sub.2 output from the peripheral device, and the N-bit first digital data D.sub.1 which is held are simultaneously transferred to the computer in accordance with a read control signal IOR from the computer.

    摘要: An apparatus for measuring heating temperature in a high electric field of microwaves comprises a microwave heating chamber, an infrared radiation thermometer disposed outside the microwave heating chamber, a probe formed of a microwave transparent material disposed inside the microwave heating chamber, a fiber cable connecting the probe and the thermometer, and a lens for focusing infrared rays generated from a substance to be heated in the microwave heating chamber and transmitting the focused infrared rays into the fiber cable. By this construction, the focused infrared rays are transmitted outside the microwave heating chamber through the fiber cable so as to measure an infrared radiation temperature by the thermometer. When a purge gas releasing function is added to the probe, the detection of infrared rays can be performed with water vapor and a decomposition gas removed by a purge gas, even when these matters are released from the substance to be heated during microwave heating.

    摘要: An IC socket has a socket substrate, an IC press cover pivotally attached to one end of the socket substrate through a shaft, and a lock member pivotally attached to the other end of the socket substrate through a shaft and adapted to engage with and disengage from a free end of the IC press cover. The improvement is characterized in that one end of the socket substrate is formed with a lock member pivot hole for inserting therein the shaft for the lock member adjacent to a press cover pivot hole for inserting therein the shaft for the IC press cover, and the other end of the socket substrate is formed with a press cover pivot hole for inserting therein the shaft for the IC press cover adjacent to a lock member pivot hole for inserting therein the shaft for the lock member. The two pivot holes formed in the above-mentioned one end of the socket substrate are arranged symmetrically with the two pivot holes formed in the other end of the socket substrate.

    摘要: A lock mechanism in an IC socket in which a socket substrate including an IC press cover is pivotally attached at one end thereof with a lock lever resiliently supported in such a manner as to be biased in a retaining direction. The lock lever is engaged in one end of the IC press cover by biasing the lock lever foward under a resilient supporting force. The engagement is released by pivoting the lock lever rearward against the resilient supporting force. The lock lever is provided with a hook portion extending from a pivotally supported portion of the lock lever and adapted to engage with and disengage from the end portion of the IC press cover, and a push-down operating portion projecting rearward of the hook portion from the pivotally supported portion. The push-down operating portion projects rearwardly of an end face of the socket substrate.
