Abstract:
Disclosed are alternate embodiments of various components of a barrier operator system. and methods of operation, including of the mechanical drive subsystem with segmented and self-locking rail unit, rail mounting supports, belt and chain drive tensioning, and drive assembly carriage and interface; the electronics and software routines for controlled operation of the various barrier operator functions; wall console communications with the barrier operator; encryption and decryption of access codes; establishment and monitoring of travel limits and barrier speed and force profiles; thermal protection of barrier operator drive motors; and establishment and control of communications from the barrier operator to accessories by way of a wireless adapter.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a sliding-door assembly, including a stationary frame, a horizontally movable door leaf, and a drive device for moving the door leaf, which drive device includes a drive motor, which is arranged on the leaf and has a toothed wheel, which interacts with a toothed belt arranged on the frame, wherein the toothed belt is wrapped around the toothed wheel over a partial periphery of the toothed wheel and wherein at least two teeth of the toothed wheel are simultaneously fully engaged with at least two teeth of the toothed belt.
Abstract:
The assembly allows the fixing of a pulley to a base and comprises a pulley and a support comprising a cylindrical shaft and a connecting element which can be connected to the base. The assembly comprises a support piece with a fixing part with a fixing orifice, and a support part the cylindrical shaft being secured by a second end to the support piece through the fixing orifice, and the support piece being in turn supported by the base through the support part which is designed to rest on the base, so that the cylindrical shaft is supported through its first end joined to the connecting element and its second end through the support piece, and so that the pulley is retained between the base and the support piece.
Abstract:
An opening and closing apparatus for an opening and closing member includes a support member, a transmission belt, a plurality of pulleys including a pair of driven pulleys, a first support wall portion including a first support recess portion, a second support wall portion including a second support recess portion coaxial with the first support recess portion, the second support wall portion being disposed to face the first support wall portion, and a support pin including a first end portion fitted in the first support recess portion, a second end portion fitted in the second support recess portion, and a shaft portion formed at an intermediate portion in an axial direction to be sandwiched between the first support wall portion and the second support wall portion and rotatably supporting each of the driven pulleys, the shaft portion being eccentric relative to the first end portion and the second end portion.

Abstract:
A window regulator and a jig to facilitate assembly. The window regulator includes a drum configured to be able to rotate in a normal direction/reverse direction, an annular wire 71 partly wound around a drum, guide members 81, 83, 91 and 93 configured to guide the wire 71 in such a manner that the wire 71 is arranged along a direction of upward and downward movement of a window glass 53, slack preventing means configured to urge the wire 71 in a stretching direction and eliminate the slack of the wire 71, and window glass mounting means 101 and 103 configured to mount the window glass 53 to a portion of the wire 71 extending along the direction of upward and downward movement of the window glass 53, and a bracket 131 being mounted rotatably on the inner panel and having the guide member 83, and being configured to guide the guide member 83 to a mounting position on the inner panel is provided.
Abstract:
A window regulator is provided with a driving unit, a drum, a carrier plate, a wire, and wire-ends provided at both ends of the wire. The drum has a shape of a cylinder having an upper surface, a lower surface, and a side surface. The drum has a slot portion having a length substantially the same as the length of the wire-end, and a wire-end housing portion disposed to deviate from the slot in the axial direction of the drum. The wire-end housing portion has a height substantially the same as the thickness of the wire-end, with a top surface provided on the side of the upper surface of the drum and a bottom surface provided on the side of the lower surface of the drum. The drum has a guide surface for guiding the wire-end, and a wire-end engagement portion, and a wire guide.
