摘要: A system includes a processor, a storage medium, a data file, blockchain application, a lock assembly, and a digital key. The data file is stored in the storage medium, and is applied by the blockchain application. The data file includes a plurality of linked blocks, each including a respective transaction data of a plurality of transaction data. Each one of the plurality of transaction data includes a respective event and a time stamp. The blockchain application is stored in the storage medium, executed by the processor, and is configured to output an authorization based on a current grant event of a transaction data of the plurality of transaction data. The digital key is adapted to operate the lock assembly, wherein at least one of the lock assembly and the digital key is configured to receive the authorization in order for the digital key to operate the lock assembly.

摘要: Aspects of the invention are directed towards systems and methods for changing the premises in a building such as hotel or the like. A user sends to a request from a user device to a server for switching a first premises with the second premises. An access card is able to access the first premises. Based on the request, the server determines the second premises and generates access credentials for the second premises. The access credentials are transmitted to a first access terminal associated with the first premises and the access card is encoded with the access credentials to access the second premises and permitting entry inside the second premises.

The remote computing device can be configurable to display at least one of the image of the first zone and the image of the second zone.

摘要: A method for operating an access control comprises creating a plurality of wake-up schedules for a wireless transceiver. Each of the plurality of wake-up schedules may be configured to control how frequently the wireless transceiver wakes up to transmit or receive information. Each of the plurality of wake-up schedules for the wireless transceiver may be different from another one or the plurality of wake-up schedules for the wireless transceiver. The method may further comprise automatically switching between the plurality of wake-up schedules for the wireless transceiver such that a duration of time between wake-ups for the wireless transceiver radio is shorter during some predefined times and longer during other predefined times. The duration of time between wake-ups for the wireless transceiver may be configurable by an administrative user via an interface.

摘要: A modular mobility base for a modular autonomous bot apparatus transporting an item being shipped including a mobile base platform, a component alignment interface, a mobility controller, a propulsion and steering system, and sensors. The component alignment interface provides an alignment channel into which another modular component can be placed and secured on the platform. The mobility controller generates propulsion control signals for controlling speed of the modular mobility base and steering control signals for navigation of the modular mobility base. The propulsion system is connected to the platform and responsive to the propulsion control signal. The steering system is connected to the mobile base platform and is responsive to the steering control signal to cause changes to directional movement of the modular mobility base. The sensors are disposed on the platform provide feedback sensor data to the mobility controller about a condition of the modular mobility base.

摘要: A modular cargo storage system (CSS) is described for use on a base platform of a modular autonomous bot apparatus that transports an item being shipped. The modular CSS includes a set of folding structural walls, an interlocking alignment interface on at least one of the walls, and a modular component power and data transport bus. The walls at least partially enclose a payload area above the base platform. The interlocking alignment interface has a set of latches and a locking handle coupled to the set of latches that actuates the latches to interlock with the base platform. The power and data transport bus have top and bottom side modular component electronics interfaces where each interface has a power conduit outlet and a command and data communication interface.
