    摘要: A motor unit for transmitting a driving force of a motor driven by a battery to an opening and closing mechanism through a worm gear and a worm wheel includes lubricating grease. The grease includes a solid additive that increases a friction coefficient between the worm gear and the worm wheel as its addition amount increases. The addition amount is not less than a first threshold and is not more than a second threshold. The first threshold is an addition amount for realizing a friction coefficient at which transmission efficiency from the worm wheel to the worm gear becomes 0 [%]. The second threshold is an addition amount for realizing a friction coefficient at which a starting voltage of the motor to move the opening and closing mechanism in an opening direction becomes a minimum guaranteed voltage of the battery after the opening and closing mechanism is restrained fully closed.

If yes, determining the stiffness of the obstacle according to the first current change rate; determining a real-time obstacle compression distance according to a contact position zero point and a motor position collected in real time; and determining a real-time anti-pinch force according to the stiffness of the obstacle and the real-time obstacle compression distance, and controlling a motor to reverse when the real-time anti-pinch force is greater than a preset anti-pinch detection threshold.

    摘要: A maintenance system for a gate device includes a controller, at least one temperature sensor, and an evaluation unit. The controller has a motor control unit which actuates a drive apparatus for driving a gate member, and a non-volatile memory which stores gate data. The gate data is retrievable from the non-volatile memory. The at least one temperature sensor is arranged in a region of the drive apparatus. The at least one temperature sensor continuously transmits a detected temperature as further gate data to the non-volatile memory of the controller. The evaluation unit creates a temperature curve for each of the at least one temperature sensor over a preset operating cycle. A comparison of more than one temperature curve allows a conclusion to be drawn of a need for maintenance of the gate device.

The door members comprise one or more swing doors. The control arrangement comprises a controller and a plurality of sensors. Each sensor is connected to the controller and is configured to monitor a respective zone at the entrance system for presence or activity of a person or object. Each sensor has an active mode and an inactive mode, wherein the sensor consumes no electric power in the inactive mode or substantially less electric power in the inactive mode than in the active mode. The controller is configured to determine a current operational state of the entrance system among a plurality of possible operational states, and selectively cause at least one of the sensors to be in its active mode or in its inactive mode depending on the determined current operational state of the entrance system.

The actuation mechanism (110) includes: a drive having a drive shaft; and at least one lever arm (101), which is connectable to the cover (102) and is configured so as to tap a rotational movement from the drive shaft when the drive is actuated and convert it into a movement of the cover (102). The lever arm (101) includes a drive surface (111), which communicates with the drive shaft such that a rotation of the drive shaft via the drive surface (111) is transferred to the lever arm (101). The drive surface (111) includes a first region (112) where a rotation of the drive shaft moves the lever arm in a first direction when the lever arm is in communication with the drive shaft via the first region (112), and wherein the drive surface (111) includes a second region (114) configured such that a rotation of the drive shaft moves the lever arm in a second direction when the lever arm communicates with the drive shaft via the second region (114).

A semi-transparent panel closes the roof opening and has a drain channel for draining water seeping past at least one edge of the panel. A rollo assembly includes a rollo cloth having a first edge connected to a winding shaft, and a second opposite edge to which a beam is connected and opposite lateral edges guided in the guide rails. The cloth is wound onto the winding shaft and wound off to uncover or cover the panel at least partly from below. At least a part of the channel extends transversely within the path of the cloth and comprises a first sliding surface in contact with the cloth to guide it when it is wound up or off.
