摘要: An ultrafast electrical (e.g., transfer, disconnect, etc.) switch that is simple, compact, does not require high energy to operate, ultralow loss, clean, and capable of being automatically reset. The invention includes a fast electromechanical switch having a drive mechanism integrated into the switching chamber. The integration of the drive mechanism into the switching chamber provides faster contact travel and therefore a faster switching operation. Additionally, the switching chamber is a self-contained environment that may consist of a high-pressure gas or a vacuum. The invention further includes an ultrafast disconnect switch. The invention generally is an integrated piezoelectric-actuator-based mechanical switching mechanism. The mechanism has a central piezoelectric actuator that extends to pull contacts inwards in order to obtain two disconnects within a millisecond or less. Surrounding the piezoelectric actuator is a polymer insulating shell and beyond the shell is the metallic conductor.

摘要: To provide a gas circuit breaker having a space-saving and highly reliable double motion mechanism with high design freedom. In a double motion mechanism of the gas circuit breaker, a driven side movable pin is communicated with a lever driven side hole cut in the opposite side with respect to a rotation axis of a lever. A round hole through which a driving side movable pin is inserted and an elongate hole through which the driven side movable pin is inserted are cut in the outside of the lever. A position retaining member to suppress rotation of the driving side movable pin about two axes vertical to a pin axis is provided. The driving side movable pin is moved in respective grooved cams with an operation of the driving side rod, to rotate the lever, drive the driven side connecting rod in an opposite direction to the driving side connecting rod, and drive the driven side arcing contact in an opposite direction to the driving side arcing contact.

摘要: A gas circuit breaker having a pair of contacts and a pair of exhaust conductors. An exhaust hole in the pair of exhaust conductors is provided with an insulation cover having an opening. The cover has a guide on an opening end on the side near the pair of contacts and an opening end on the side far from the pair of contacts respectively. The guide has an exhaust hole protective guide and a high-temperature gas passage dividing guide. A first gas flow passage is between an exhaust hole protective guide and a high-temperature gas passage dividing guide, and a second gas flow passage is between the high-temperature gas passage dividing guides. The first gas flow passage is narrower than the second gas flow passage. An end of the exhaust hole protective guide on the first gas flow passage side is projected toward the high-temperature gas passage dividing guide.
