Abstract: A load sensor includes: an element part in which capacitance changes in accordance with a load; a copper wire drawn from the element part in order to detect change in the capacitance; and a fixation tool configured to fix the copper wire to the element part. The element part includes an electrically-conductive elastic body that is electrically conductive and that forms one pole for the capacitance, and the fixation tool presses and fixes the copper wire to a surface of the electrically-conductive elastic body so as to be movable with respect to the surface of the electrically-conductive elastic body in accordance with elastic deformation of the electrically-conductive elastic body.

The manifold, the discharge passage, and the discharge port are longer in a first direction, and an outline of the manifold viewed from a second direction includes a first outline part to which the discharge passage is connected and also includes a second outline part located opposite the first outline part. The second outline part includes a first taper part tilted to be closer to the first outline part toward an end of the manifold. When the dimension in the first direction from a connection part at which the supply passage is connected in the manifold to the end is set to 1, dimension ratio of the first taper part in the first direction is 0.4 or less.

Abstract: An estimation device includes: M transmission antenna elements each transmitting a first transmission signal; N transmitter-receivers each including a reception antenna element and receiving, over a predetermined period, a first reception signal including a reflection signal that is the first transmission signal reflected by a first living body, using the reception antenna element; a memory storing training signals that are second reception signals obtained by causing the N transmitter-receivers to preliminarily receive second reception signals including reflection signals that are second transmission signals transmitted from the M transmission antenna elements to a second living body and reflected therefrom; a first vector calculator calculating a first vector for each training signal and each first reception signal by respective predetermined methods; and a circuit identifying the first living body or estimating an orientation of the first living body by a predetermined method, using correlation coefficients calculated from the first vectors.

Abstract: An imaging apparatus comprising: a body to and from which an optical system is configured to be attachable and detachable; an imaging sensor configured to capture a subject image via the optical system to generate image data; an input interface configured to acquire a zoom amount indicating a degree of a zoom operation by a user for the optical system; and a controller configured to scale a cropped image from the image data so as to implement a hybrid zoom operation which changes, from a first focal length, a second focal length, according to the zoom amount acquired by the input interface, the first focal length being formed by the optical system and the second focal length corresponding to an angle of view of the subject image in the image data. The controller is configured to maintain a characteristic of the second focal length with respect to the zoom amount before and after the optical system is changed.

Abstract: A charging system supplies a charge current from a power supply to a power storing apparatus. A shunt resistor is connected to a charging path through which the charge current flows. An amplifier is configured to amplify a voltage across the shunt resistor. A controller is configured to control the charging circuit on a basis of an output from the amplifier. A power supplying circuit is configured to supply a drive voltage to the amplifier. The power supplying circuit includes a first feed path including a diode connected between an input terminal and a power supply terminal of the amplifier and a second feed path including a switch connected between the power storing apparatus and the power supply terminal of the amplifier. The switch is configured to be turned on when a charge voltage of the power storing apparatus exceeds a threshold voltage.

End portions of the coil elements protrude from the bottom face and are bent along the bottom face to configure external electrodes. One of first external electrodes extends toward a first end face and an other one of the first external electrodes extends toward the second end face, and second external electrodes extend toward a second side face.
