Abstract:
The invention relates to anti-TNF antibodies, fragments, regions and derivatives thereof which are specific for human tumor necrosis factor-α (TNFα) and are useful in methods of treating psoriasis, as well as polynucleotides coding for murine and chimeric anti-TNF antibodies, and methods of producing anti-TNF antibodies, fragments, regions and derivatives thereof.
Abstract:
Anti-TNF antibodies, fragments and regions thereof which are specific for human tumor necrosis factor-α (TNFα) and are useful in vivo diagnosis and therapy of a number of TNFα-mediated pathologies and conditions, as well as polynucleotides coding for murine and chimeric antibodies, methods of producing the antibody, methods of use of the anti-TNF antibody, or fragment, region or derivative thereof, in immunoassays and immunotherapeutic approaches are provided.

Abstract:
A method of operating a machine which has a boom mounted at or adjacent one end to a body of the machine, and the boom having at the other end, a load handling implement, the boom including at least two sections with one of the sections, being telescoped within the other, there being at least one extension actuator to adjust the extent of telescoping, and the boom being moveable by at least one lift actuator for movement between a lowered position to a raised position, the method including preventing the relative extension of the boom sections to provide a minimum overlap between the boom sections when the boom is at the lowered position which is greater than the minimum overlap permitted when the boom is at a raised position.
Abstract:
The invention is a device used to measure and mark floor tile that must be cut to fit around obstructions. A key feature of the invention is that it has removable elements that make it possible to use the device with tile of any size. A second key feature is a plurality of telescoping members that can be extended to varying lengths in order to describe the perimeter geometry that must be duplicated by cutting away a portion of the tile. The invention is compatible with all tile and similar flat floor or wall coverings, such as pavers or carpet squares.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to an anti-IL-12 antibody, including isolated nucleic acids that encode an anti-IL-12 antibody, IL-12, vectors, host cells, transgenic animals or plants, and methods of making and using thereof, including therapeutic compositions, methods and devices.
Abstract:
Reduced-immunogenic fusion compounds are disclosed. The fusion compounds of the invention comprise immunogenic compounds linked to auto-antigenic sequences which render the compound less immunogenic. In addition, a method of reducing the immunogenicity of an immunogenic compound is disclosed. The method comprises linking an auto-antigenic sequence to an otherwise immunogenic compound. Recombinant nucleotide sequence encoding auto-antigenic sequences are also disclosed.
